🔸The main level (No steps) has an open concept living room, kitchen, & dining room. Additionally, a half bath, 1 bedroom, laundry, & garage, porch, and patio entrance



🔹The upper level has 4 bedrooms, attached master bath, walk-out deck off master, & shared full bath. The bunk bed room has an additional twin bed mattress stored in the closet but not photographed.

🔹Our Lake Michigan beach front home serves as a peaceful retreat for families, large groups, & business travelers



🔸Upon entering, you'll be greeted with a large family room w/ breathtaking waterfront views and tons of natural light. Relax on the luxury furniture, cozy up by the gas fireplace, watch the big game on our 65" smart TV, or just sit in peace looking out the floor to ceiling windows



🔹In the fully stocked and updated kitchen/dining area, you'll find breakfast bar seating with 3 barstools, quartz countertops, and a large formal dining room table steps away that comfortably sits 8. This is the perfect area for groups or families to enjoy a meal or play a board game. Also, there's a high chair and pack n play for the littles.



🔸After brewing your complimentary coffee or heating some tea, you can step outside into the 3 season porch outside to the patio overlooking the yard and water. In the porch is a comfortable furniture set, smart TV, ceiling fan, and game table set, and outside is a large conversational sectional. This is an incredibly peaceful spot to hang out. If you're anything like I think you'll be, you won't want to leave this spot.



🔹Walk into the yard and find a 12 seat fire pit with quality Adirondack chairs overlooking Lake Michigan waterfront. Walk a bit further and find the swing that is the prime location for sunrise coffee and calming sound of the waves.



🔸A unique part to our home is the accessibility to the sandy beach. The stairs are safe and the beach is walkable for 2 miles in each direction. Enjoy outdoor activities with the paddle boards, kayaks, beach toys, beach chairs, lounge chairs and plenty of water fun without leaving the house.



🔹Let's head back inside and to the upper level where 4 of the 5 bedrooms are located. The master king suite bedroom has a 50" Smart TV, attached full bathroom with luxury bath tub, walk-in shower, large closet, and walk-out second level deck. The other 3 bedrooms on this level offer queen beds, while one of the rooms has a two bunk beds.



🔸The lower level (unfinished) is where all the competitive spirits can enjoy some time. We've got a 12ft shuffleboard, arcade machine, foosball, and air hockey. Please note this game room is in our unfinished basement.

Guest Access:

▪️You'll have TWO parking spot inside the garage, 6 cars (max) in the driveway, and 24/7 FREE street parking in the front (if needed).



The Neighborhood:

Quiet and calm rural area. Safe and slow roads. There's only 7 houses in this neighborhood. Each house has large trees between each property, creating year round privacy.



Getting Around:

This beachfront property is just a 25 minute drive to Sheboygan and 15 minute drive to Manitowoc, which offer boating, surfing, water sports, bars/restaurants, summer music, sandy beaches, and more. Otherwise



Other Things to Note:

🔹All overnight guests must be included on the reservation. If you plan to have additional visitors at the property during your stay (such as for a family gathering, birthday celebration, reunion, or hosting local friends), please let us know in advance. Day visitors are welcome with prior approval from the host, and will be charged a a $15 per person visitor fee through the booking platform after your reservation is confirmed. To ensure a great experience for everyone and to comply with our house rules, all visitors must be disclosed and approved before arriving.



🔸The Hika Park Boat Launch is 8 min from our home and located at 1151 Lakeshore Dr, Cleveland, WI



🔹While you may be visiting, your actions during your stay are permanent to the neighborhood and potentially our business. We kindly ask you to be respectful of quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM. That means no yelling, screaming, or loud music outside during these hours. Noise travels further than you may think :)



🔸Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather or personal emergencies. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause



🔹Before your arrival, we kindly ask that you complete a quick guest verification through our trusted third-party provider, Guesty. This request is within the guidelines of this platform's terms and conditions, and helps us ensure a safe experience for our guests and our properties are kept in great condition. It only takes about 2 minutes to complete.



🔸Outdoor water toys such as paddle boards are kept down at the water May - October



🔹Two pets maximum per stay. A pet fee will apply at checkout so please be sure to include pets on the initial reservation under "guest count".
