This property was above and beyond our expectations. The fully stocked kitchen and gas grill made our stay even better! The beds and pillows were super comfy for a great night sleep. We just loved our stay it was like being at a five star resort. The furnishings and bedding were amazing. Close to town!

We had a very pleasant stay with a great river view! The close proximity to old town and the port docks was perfect. This is an ideal set up for extended family stays as well as being very pet friendly!! Check in and out was a breeze without having a long list of "chores" to do before departing. Our family loved the stay!! Thank you!

Beautiful home. Great view, comfy beds. Wonderful game room for the teens to play. Well stocked with everything you need, including a few essentials in the kitchen.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had the most wonderful stay in your home. It was comfortable - amazing beds, top of the line - would love to know the name of the king mattresses if you can send that info we would so appreciate it. Beautiful views, close to town, quiet street, highly recommend!

This house is beautiful and so inviting! It worked perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable and all the furnishings were first class! The picture windows all around offer amazing views. Loved our stay!

Perfect costal/dunes getaway

Loved this home and the location is perfect if you are going to the dunes. House is stocked well and has a lot of options for the kids. The double kitchen/living area comes in so handy

Our visit to your lovely property was wonderful. We did have an incident where my 76 year old husband fell down the stairs and his shoulder took the hard blow breaking out some of the dry wall. Fortunately, he didn’t hit his head or break any bones. Lots of bruising though. We reported the incident immediately and explained what happened. We were told not a problem as it was covered by home owners insurance. We were glad to know this and more glad no serious injuries occurred. The jacuzzi was a huge success and we used it several times a day. My daughter who stayed in the lower unit loved it too. Her senior dog could climb stars, so it worked out great. As I wrote to you when we rented we would be bringing a very gentle well behaved dog. I’m sure the fee was included, as it was acknowledged and not a hidden fact. I posted my messages to you above about the family dog and advise on the coffee pot. The kitchen was so nice and lots of things to fix meals with. The beds could use toppers to soften the mattresses a bit though. We hope to return again one day and highly recommend your river house. Frankie French and family of 6.

We had a great stay. The house was clean, spacious, and set up perfectly for our guys’ golf trip. Everything was in good working order, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy. The only downside was the hot tub, which wasn’t working during our stay, but otherwise the property was exactly what we hoped for.

My husband and our friends stayed at this location. It was perfect. It had a great separation of space. Our friends were able to have their private space down stairs and we had our space upstairs. The house is beautiful and very well stocked.

Fantastic!

This home far surpassed our expectations! It was beautiful and had every amenity that we could think of. We enjoyed the hot tub, as well as the close proximity to Old Town and the beach! There were many super soft blankets to cuddle in to watch the televisions on each level. This was the perfect house to have our family vacation!

A great house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Also, you might want to add instructions on how to adjust the temperature using the mini splits. Our room on the main floor was fine, but our friend’s area in the basement was pretty chilly. I tried playing around with the remote, but suspect that it takes a while to adjust the temperature.Other than that, it was a fabulous house. My husband is thinking of getting his buddies to rent it for their yearly get-together! Love the fact it’s pet friendly.

Highly Recommend this location for your next stay in Florence!

We stayed at this home with our family of 6 while visiting grandparents who live nearby locally. We not only enjoyed our stay but found the house to really be the highlight of the entire trip! Each room was thoughtfully supplied with all of the essentials you would expect, plus more. The size of the home was so spacious and it was over stocked with pillows and blankets and little extras that you never knew you would need. Our expectations were exceeded! The scenic view from the home was absolutely beautiful. Whoever decorated the home has an eye for artwork and a feel that really makes the stay an entire experience. They had great taste in how they decorated each room. Each room had a rustic and coastal vibe with artwork images of local areas and attractions and each space was overfilled with really thoughtful decor, but the rooms were so spacious that it didn't feel like there was hardly any decor at all. It's such a beautiful home. Our kids really enjoyed playing games in the game room with their cousins who came over to visit on one of the evenings. We just can't say enough good things about this stay! Highly recommend! We plan to visit again and stay at this vacation home in the future. This was our first experience in a vacation home. I don't think we can ever comfortably stay in a hotel again. Thank you so much for all of the details and time that was spent creating an atmosphere that was so well thought out and planned. It truly was the highlight of the entire trip for our family!

This property was a gem! It was situated right across the highway from the Siuslaw River, providing a perfect view. It was within walking distance to a nice nature trail and Old Town, where several nice shops and restaurants are located. There was an abundance of fine-quality kitchen utensils, bedding and towels. The hot tub was the perfect size and temperature. The property, which was extremely clean, was the perfect property for our group of seven.
