Loved our stay

Very cute, fully remodeled house very close to Heceta Beach. The 3 bedrooms have enough space for 2 people each, plus luggage. Both bathrooms are great. Very well- outfitted kitchen. The bottle of wine and chocolate were a very nice surprise! Loved the family room gas fireplace. Easy code-entry. The beach is a very short walk and is a huge sandy beach that we walked everyday. Great host and stay!

Did know about the stairs to get to the front door. They were a little unstructured. Inside beautiful and very comfortable.

Perfect Coastal Retreat

The property was very nice and well stocked. It had everything we needed, including a perfect back room for a child away from the main area. The views from the house were amazing and the walk to the beach is short. 10/10 and we will be coming back.

A great place!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Pelican Pines. Great location and a real home away from home. The house was immaculately clean, well designed, and had lots of thoughtful amenities that made our stay easy and convenient.

The house and property was more than we expected with comfortable but elegant feel. The interior design and layout of each room was generous. The view and short walk to the beach was both beautiful and easy. This is a great place to stay.

Great place, will hope to stay there again!

The house was remodeled and had everything we needed. Loved the small touches that made us feel like extended family. The whole process was easy and the home was in a great location, bit tricky on parking, but nothing to keep us from coming back!

Outstanding

We had a wonderful time at Pelican Pines. It’s on the smaller size, but very cozy and comfortable. We felt like we were in a tree house with tons of privacy. We enjoyed the ocean view, the expansive deck, deck gate, and house amenities. Be aware that there are stairs to reach the residence if someone in your party has mobility issues. We will happily stay here again, highly recommend.

OR Coast Adventure

Pelican Pines is amazing! From the comfy furnishings to the well stocked kitchen to the luxurious towels and bedding. This was the most comfortable vacation home I’ve ever stayed in. The views were amazing and it was in proximity to many places to explore. A definite must stay!

Wonderful stay at the beach

We enjoyed staying here so much. We had everything we needed and it was a very short watch to the beach. We loved the walk-around porch and the small quiet room in the back was a great place to unwind. Highly recommended.

Amazing attention to detail!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. More than enough beds, and comfortable living space. The renovations were perfect, it felt like a 1940’s bungalow, but completely updated and fresh. It’s also very private, the property is surrounded by vegetation, making it feel like a treehouse perched on a hill with ocean views. Just a short drive for groceries or to downtown Florence.

Escaping the heat

We had a wonderful getaway to Pelican Pines. Easily one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. The property is in a great location with a short walk to beautiful beach. The place is equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. Lots of space and thoughtful touches. We loved the wraparound deck with small nooks that shielded the wind for early am coffee and afternoon reading. Our dog loved it too. We hope to return.

Absolutely love this house & location

This is our 3rd stay at Pelican Pines & it won't be our last. Fabulous location with an easy quick walk to the beach. Plenty of parking on site with a gated drive. Wonderful views of the ocean and pines from the wrap around deck. It's safe, always clean, well maintained & stocked, with comfortable beds & upscale linens. Very stylish house layout with plenty of room for our group to gather or spread out. Loved BBQ-ing our meals on the deck and dining alfresco on the new oversized redwood table. The dogs are always comfortable too & give it two paws up!

Great spot and well equipped

Place is beautiful and very well kept. You are tucked back in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle bustle and close to the beach. The unit is well equipped with kitchen items and the like and my kids loved the bunk beds. 100% recommend this spot

Extremely well appointed house

I have stayed in many rental properties and have never been in one with a kitchen than was so well equipped. Lovely design and efficient layout for the entire house. Appreciated the EV charger.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed looking at the artwork on the walls in each room. The home was beautifully furnished and had great views all around the home had everything we needed for our stay and was centrally located to so many beautiful places! Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful cottage by the sea

Just wow…this might be the best VRBO experience ever. We loved everything about this place- the fenced wrap around deck and secure driveway were perfect for our two dogs. The home interior is beautiful - the colors so calming and the beautiful artwork on walls painted by the owner. It was a great experience being able to cook in the kitchen and watch the waves. At night we left the patio door open (yay -screens!) and could here the waves. We will visit again. Loved that Heceta Beach and Florence were so close by.

Comfortable Weekend Getaway

This was a perfect, comfortable weekend getaway. With three busy children and a full workload it's hard to find time for relaxation. This home was perfect in accommodations and proximity to the beach. With just a short walk, we were enjoying the brisk Oregon coast. The home was comfortable, clean and well furnished. Communication was great. We'll definitely look at a return visit in the future.

Best place in Florence that can easily sleep 8

Top notch. Only issues is stairs to property may be an issue in bad weather for elderly. Door will alarm if left open too long requiring pin to be re entered to silence. Hot water in master bath can run out quicker than desired. Tv controls can be confusing. Best view. Best walking beach access. Best floor plan.

Another great stay

Second time staying here, everything was just as we remembered. Great view, well appointed rental, wonderfully clean (love the crisp white sheets). Quiet neighborhood, just a 4 minute walk to the beach. Wonderful part of the Oregon coast as well. Highly recommend.

Perfect Beach get-away

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Pines! Great location with superb ocean views and 3min walk to the beach! We loved the wraparound outside deck which was perfect for having our morning coffee! The house is very well appointed &has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Exceptional decor-just lovely inside! We will definitely be back!
