Excellent location, excellent property. Highly recommended. Privacy , views lovely inside space and generous outdoor deck space. Just be aware that access to the house in up a double flight of stairs

What a person getaway for our family of four and our pup! Cozy and quiet with beautiful views and just a few minutes walk to a spectacular beach. We loved our stay!

Honestly, the best location in Florence! Super easy walking access to the beach across the street and close to downtown for shopping and dining. The owners did an incredible job renovating this property, and it was absolutely perfect for our family for a long Easter weekend. The kitchen is stocked! Beds are super comfortable!

We loved our stay. We are both 79 and thought the stairs in the pictures were stairs to the beach…not to the house. But they were. Other wise it’s great.

Great location minutes from the beach. The house is very clean and nicely updated. We had 7 adults and our dog and had plenty of space including a surprise "sitting room" off the master suite. Being February, it rained most of the time and we look forward to booking in the summer months to enjoy the spacious deck and expansive views of the ocean.

This rental set new high standards for our future vacation rentals. It was impeccably clean and well appointed, very nice linens, washer and dryer, furniture, art, and fabulous expansive ocean views. The EV charging was very convenient, as was the proximity to groceries and restaurants. The house is raised above the tree lime, on a nice lot, and set back from the road making it extremely quiet and tranquil. The only sounds were white noise from the waves and wind. The beach entrance, as noted elsewhere in listing, is a 4 minute walk and the beach is a long flat stretch that is great for walks and dog play. The only word of caution is that there are 21 steps up to the house. We are in our 70s and it was not an issue, but it could be an issue for some. Michelle, the owner/host, is amazing. She is extremely helpful and responsive. The house felt like home and we are considering another extended stay (we were there for 3 weeks) next year.

Wonderful place! Very clean and super design of the kitchen and living area. Nice view of the ocean and short walk to the beach. Also, perfectly located for our day adventures in Oregon.

If you have a chance to stay here we would recommend it. House has lots of nice details and is very well maintained. Super close to the beach and we enjoyed sitting by the fireplace on the very comfortable furniture.

Prefect for a work trip!

Had a small group traveling for work, we could even bring a dog! It was the perfect place to have dinner as a group, walk on the beach, and relax after a long day!

Amazing Property

This is an amazing property and location. Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Easy access, wonderful amenities, and wonderful to use as a family retreat for a long weekend. Close to the beach and other amazing activities.

A great place!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Pelican Pines. Great location and a real home away from home. The house was immaculately clean, well designed, and had lots of thoughtful amenities that made our stay easy and convenient.
