Welcome to our fully furnished 1700 sq ft 4 bedroom/3 bathroom condo at Bridges Bay Resort on East Lake Okoboji. This is one of just a few four-bedroom units at the resort and sleeps 10 comfortably. This unit is lakefront with exceptional unobstructed views of the lake! From the moment you walk-in, you will experience breathtaking views of Lake Okoboji and upscale furnishings to provide a contemporary yet comfortable experience perfect for family vacations or a couples getaway weekend! In contrast to the cabins that are behind the resort, the condos are lakefront and very close to all the resort amenities. In addition to the views, this condo is centered around outdoor living with a private and protected large 375 sq ft. balcony equipped with plenty of lounging patio and outdoor dining furniture to accommodate meals overlooking the lake.

Conveniently, there is an outdoor pool right next to this condo that guests can access during their stay. The rental includes six daily water park passes at Bridges Bay Indoor/Outdoor Waterpark with additional passes available to purchase at the resort. The unit is within the newest building at the resort built in 2022 that is very close to the multiple onsite restaurants, the indoor/outdoor waterpark, off-site destinations, and a large dock system for swimming, fishing, and boating. The resort also has a stocked fishing pond, zipline, fitness center, arcade, playground, basketball court, etc. It's close to the great biking/running trails throughout Okoboji. The condo has wifi and smart tv's throughout with access to streaming services.

If you are planning on bringing your boat, there is a parking lot at the resort for boats/trailers. Additionally, this is conveniently located in the building closest to the off-site boat ramp. You can also rent boat slips through the resort.

Okoboji Winter Trip

Great location that was easy to access and within distance of anything we needed. Easy communication from host. Place was clean and came with any and all amenities we wanted.

Beautiful Condo but Not Clean

This condo was not cleaned well at well. The wall boards were dusty as were the lamps. Mirrors were not clean. Most of all, the deck and furniture outside were covered with dirt and spider webs. There was no broom in the condo so we had to buy one in order to clean off the outside deck and furniture. This is an upscale property that is not maintained well. The toilet paper holder was pulled out from the wall. I communicated all of these issues with the owner but she did not respond.

Our 5 night stay in Bridges Bay Resort was wonderful. Very Spacious 4 bedroom. Amazing views. Close to all shopping and restaurants. Working with the owner Cassidy was great. We will certainly be back again!

Highly recommend

Everything was perfect about this property! It was beautiful, modern , clean and very well equipped. The view was great ! Having access to the pool and water park is a bonus and it is a short ride to Arnold's park . The host was quick to answer any questions or requests. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property !

We'll be back!

We met my adult children and their spouses at Okoboji and stayed at Bridges Bay in a rental Condo. Our hostess went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The unit was very well equipped, and the location was convenient as well. There is so much to do in the area, we needed a few more days to take it all in. We'll definitely be back! A great time was had by all.

Awesome condo!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. We made a last minute decision to stay here for five days and nights. We know the area well, and liked that it was right on the water. I am kind of a rookie at VRBO and Cassity, the property manager was extremely helpful. She communicated with me numerous times on Christmas Day to make this happen. She was patient, thorough and helpful. Every step of the was was laid out for us. We arrived and everything inside the condo. was perfect. It was clean and beautiful! There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Every bedroom is stocked with extra blankets and pillows. The first bedroom is on the right as you walk in. It is a bunkbed with double mattresses. Also on the right side is a full bathroom and then another bathroom with a toilet and a sink. On the left side are two rooms. The first has a queen bed. The second had two double beds and a T.V. mounted on the wall. The condo. as a whole had three T.V.'s. Every room had a nice big closet as well. The master bedroom also has a T.V. as well as a big bathroom and huge closet area. The kitchen and living room were adjoined and had a beautiful open layout. There was a huge T.V. above a remote control fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed and even included some games and puzzles. The deck was large. It had two entrances.The deck included chairs, a picnic table, a large propane grill and a small fire pit. This place was beautiful, clean and had everything! Thank you Cassity!

Family time in Okaboji

My family and just spent a few days in Okaboji. Our condo was beautiful and met all expectations. I appreciated all the things available to use. We brought all of it ourselves but great for families who don’t. For example, metal sticks for s’mores, so many games, extra blankets, coffee and more. I would definitely recommend our condo.

An exceptional Condo

We recently had the pleasure of staying her and the experience exceeded at expectations. The interior is welcoming and cozy. The deck is a must have for sunsets and relaxing. The location overall is perfect for boating, fishing and shopping. Host responds quickly and is easy to work with.

Family vacation- 60th bday

Loved this condo and location!!! Perfect for our extended family (including kids and grandkids!!) Very spacious for cooking big family breakfasts … then off to enjoy the water park or Arnold’s park… quiet location for baby naps… walking distance to great restaurants (Bracco and waterfront)… ended Every evening sitting on the awesome deck… Overlooking lake!! (And bonus…we could hear the band at the pavilion and see fireworks Saturday night!) Also- host was awesome with communication (we had to reset an outlook while cooking breakfast- and she was very quick to respond ). THANK YOU!! We will be back! 💜

Great Extended Family Getaway Spot

Stayed here with my family and my in-laws. 9 of us all together. It worked out great. Place was very clean. Never heard any other occupants unless on the deck. Had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place on the Lake!

We had an excellent stay at this property. There was a ton of space out on the deck to enjoy with our larger group and the nice spacious inside gave us plenty of room to spread out in as well. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Beautiful condo

Just got back from a 5 day stay. The condo is even more beautiful in person! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony was was our favorite spot to sit and relax overlooking the lake. Walking distance from the water park and rented a boat to spend a day on the lake! We all had an amazing time! Cassity was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you so much for letting our family stay at your condo and we will be back!

Family Getaway

We traveled with our adult children and some friends and even with it being off-season, we had an amazing time! The games and puzzles were a bonus for when we wanted some indoor fun! We will definitely be booking again! Host was amazing as well:)

Family getaway weekend

Well this was my first time renting from Vrbo so was a little nervous in the beginning. But as soon as I opened up the door and saw the view of the lake all my worries were melted away. Great place for a family of little ones because of the water parks and the ability to fish off the docks. I absolutely would not hesitate to rent from them again and hopefully everyone else has as much fun as my family did this past weekend. Very clean and felt very very safe. Will be definitely renting this place again. Hopefully the next time the sun will be out instead of two days of rain.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Secure condo building is NOT!

Good: Condo was very clean and comfortable. Bad: The owner did not communicate with us well. At the last minute we she sent us documents to review and sign. This should have been done days or even weeks ahead of time. Worse: The condo building has a secure door entrance. We left our bikes, locked, in the lobby area overnight not wanting to haul them up to the room. We were thinking we were being respectful of the owners by not dragging bikes into their unit. However, when we found them the next morning they had been messed with and items stolen off them. Very disappointing that even in a secure building we could not feel safe. Lesson learned, our own fault for leaving the bikes unattended.
