Looking for a fun-filled vacation that offers something for everyone? Look no further than this spacious two-unit condo at Northern Bay Resort. With a total of seven bedrooms and four bathrooms, there's plenty of room for your family or group of friends.

Enjoy stunning views of Castle Rock Lake from your deck or watch the sunset over the lagoon. Want to get out on the water? Ask about boat slip availability! In addition to the spacious living area in the condo, we provide our guests full access to additional amenities in the garage to make your stay even more enjoyable, including two adult kayaks, two youth kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards, adult and youth life jackets, a charcoal grill, and water and pool toys.

The resort offers a wide range of activities, including an outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, kids playground, sand beach, and more. For water sports enthusiasts, Castle Rock Lake offers great fishing year-round, many sandbars, and restaurants accessible by boat. The resort is located on the lagoon, close to the Tiki bar, and a short walk to the pool, playground, tennis courts, and beach.

Golfers will love the location of Northern Bay Resort, which is home to several championship courses within 20 minutes, including Sand Valley, Mammoth Dunes, Lake Arrowhead, and the Castle Course on the resort.

If you're looking for adventure, the property offers direct access to over 500 miles of road and off-road trails for ATV/UTV riding, including routes up to the 334-acre Dyracuse all-terrain park. And in the winter, enjoy access to over 230 miles of scenic well-groomed snowmobiling trails through forests and farmlands right from the property.

Our family of 16 stayed in both units. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our family loved the beach and pool options. We went to both each day. The kayaks (2 each for children and adults) and standup paddle boards were a hit with our family. We all enjoyed played pickle ball. The vourt has just been resurfaced. We had a very active vacation. These recreational activities are a walk from the property. If you have issues walking a distance, I would recommend renting a golf cart. A great week!

It was a beautiful place. Worked well for our group. The keys were not in the box noted on the message received. The floors were not cleaned very well. You could tell that they weren’t swept or vacuumed.

wonderful stay

We had a great stay, with plenty of activities for all ages of children. The condo had plenty of space for all to enjoy when together. small children were in awe of all the toys found to play with. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Ryan was a very responsive host! My family and I could not say enough good things about the property as well. We had 16 of us and there was enough room. The units were well stocked with items. We will be back!

Great place for our family reunion!

Condos were very well kept and comfortable for our group of 18 family members spanning three generations. (And one of our clan's famillies, with 4th generation great grand children, was able to rent a different condo a few buildings down, which was super handy.) My 89 year young mom appreciated having the option of an elevator next to the front door. The hosts, Ryan and Danielle, were extremely responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. We made extensive use of the resort's amenities, e.g., pool, hot tub pickleball, volleyball, Tiki bar, slips for our 2 boats for fishing/tubing, etc. Some hiked trails or played golf nearby.

Perfect place for our family get-together!

We were impressed with this 2 unit condo. There was plenty of room for our 4 children, their spouses and our grandchildren. Having 2 full size refrigerators, a dorm sized refrigerator and 2 ovens helped so much with food prep and we still had plenty of room for keeping beverages cold. The area was beautiful but still too cold to enjoy the lake, paddle boards and kayaks. There are plenty of hiking trails in the area that we were able to enjoy together. Everyone in our group is hoping to return next year. Ryan was quick to answer my questions. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Ryan was an excellent host and very quick to respond to any questions or requests. We had a few toddlers and the floors were not the cleanest, but Ryan brought a swiffer immediately and offered to have the cleaning crew return. The joined units were perfect for our large family and the expansive deck and LARGE tables were very much used and appreciated. The resurfaced tennis and pickleball courts were appreciated and utilized, as well as a lot of fun had in the pool. Great stay.

Vacation with a wedding

The property was beautiful. Getting to the boat/dock was a challenge for my 90 and 80 year old parents. Nice beach and sand volleyball courts, well kept.

Review

It was a nice get away for the winter months with friends and family. Away from the busy in a beautiful area but close enough to a place for a couple day trips for fun activities The condo was clean, spacious, and welcoming. Had many of the amenities needed to feed the crew in house without having to eat out every meal!

A Home Away From Home for Christmas

During our stay, we didn’t get to explore any of the outside activities due to the cold weather. So, therefore, we stayed in and played several games, including board games, cards, puzzles, and watched movies. Additionally, we cooked and enjoyed breakfast and dinner together as a family, especially our Italian Christmas Dinner! Lastly, we relaxed with wine and shared several memories while creating new ones!

Amazing!

This property was absolutely amazing for our large family gathering. Definitely the most spacious condos we have ever stayed in. Our entire group was pleased with the accommodations and would love to come back again. The resort itself has a lot to offer, especially if yo have young children. There is a nice play area and swimming pool. The condo has paddle boards if you would like to brave the lake. We loved the way the condos were connected through the back deck. It made it so easy to visit back and forth and keep little ones confined. Both condos were clean and well stocked with bathroom linens. The only thing that I could suggest needs an upgrade are the bed linens. Many of the pillows were old, flat and unusable. In spite of that, our stay was memorable and enjoyed by all. Thanks for providing this for us.

Beautiful unit at Northern Bay!

Ryan was very communicative, check-in was easy, the property was extremely clean, location was great on the 3rd tee box of the course, and parking was easy.

We have been coming to Northern Bay with our family and friends for several years and decided to purchase a condo in 2019 and a second one in 2020 to host large groups. We have so much fun watching our young kids playing at the pool, exploring the sand bars out on the lake, and catching tons of fish. We hope you will be able to enjoy the same!
