Excellent place!

Ryan's place was great! The movie room in the basement was awesome and super easy to deal with! We were moving with a lot of family and Ryan was super flexible with us! This property was a delight to stay at and we would absolutely come back to stay again!

The property was the perfect size for our group of 10. We had plenty of space through the house to do whatever we wanted. Great location, close to lots of bars and restaurants. Rooftop patio was a group favorite place to hangout.

Wonderful property!

This home is perfectly appointed, contains multiple amenities and comfortably sleeps up to 14. We were extremely impressed with the high quality beds, extra bedding and small (but impactful!) amenities in the house (i.e. first aid kit, foil, Pepto Bismol, etc.). We typically pack all of these types of things to have just in case, but were pleasantly surprised to find them at the property. Would highly recommend this property.

Duplex was very clean, tastefully decorated with a well stock kitchen, nice quality towels, linens & a fancy bidet in the master. Our kids loved the giant TV room in the basement. We brought our pup and there were dog bowls which was a nice touch. Good communication with host. Would recommend.

The property is very interesting with plenty of room. A great rooftop deck was fun at night. Super home theater in the basement. The only gripe was parking can be difficult at night. Very responsive owner for any questions.

The interior of this home is beautiful! The basement theater and bedroom setup were absolutely perfect for our group and really made the stay special. Prospective guests should just be aware that the home is located on a busy one-way street; we heard sirens and traffic throughout the night, so I’d recommend earplugs for light sleepers. While the surrounding neighborhood has several homes in need of repair, this property itself is a well-maintained gem.

Excellent

Excellent price for the quality home received. Very modern and host was thoughtful with choosing the amenities. It held everything we needed plus items we didn’t know we needed. Such as the bidget Lol. Excellent location. We were never too far from anything. If I was ever in the area again I would definitely rebook.
