This was a wonderful property for 8 family members in Denver for a wedding. Very spacious, and so comfortable. It was so nice to sit outside on both the upper and lower decks. And the kitchen was very well appointed - made it very easy to make meals! The game room downstairs was well-used - good entertainment! Very fortunate to have found this property for our family!

Everything was perfect! Rick was wonderful & responded immediately to any questions we had. There was water & home baked cookies for us upon arrival. Our kids played all the games & it was a great family visit for my grandson’s graduation. I would definitely stay here again!!

The house was very clean and as well stocked as any VRBO I've ever stayed in. The location provided very easy access to anything that we did. One minor problem was immediately resolved, and communication was always timely. All of my traveling companions loved everything about the place. We all would definitely stay there again.

The house fit our family very well. We had our adult children. House was very clean, well supplied. We have been to many vacation rentals over the years and this one is definitely at the top of the list. Host was great to work with. I highly recommend & will go back.

This property is clean, spacious and comfortable. Very dog friendly, the enclosed backyard was perfect and it’s a great neighborhood for dog walks. Rick, the host, was very kind and responsive. This was my first ever Vrbo rental and Rick made it a great experience!!

Everything was perfect! The game room downstairs with fireplace was really great and entertained the group for hours. Our host Rick was quick to respond to our requests. The house, deck and patio were fantastic. Loved the location right next to golf course, zoo and church!

The space comfortably accommodated 2 families. It is convenient to the airport and to many fun neighborhoods of Denver. The game room was a big bonus for our kids. Rick was responsive and helpful.

Excellent location, great house and fun for morning/evening walks. Super close to downtown Denver which had a good vibe- fun restaurants, kind people. Overall great stay

This house was wonderful for my family stay. It exceeded expectations for space available and met all our needs. Rick was fantastic with his ability to communicate and help us with some odd requests (ie drawing us a layout and putting a screen up to make the downstairs a private bedroom with a full mattress). The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely for my family to each get their own room. Everything worked properly and was cleaned well. He was available by text when we needed him. My mom even made the comment to save this property so that we can use it again! Thanks for everything!

Nice for Large Family

Rick is a responsive host and the property was clean, spacious and just as advertised. Great location, easy to get anywhere in the metro. Would definitely stay again
