The problem was the beach was closed due to construction. The owner of the entire complex spoke with us about the situation. He agreed that we should have been notified. Sadly we were not.

Just note all three bedrooms were upstairs. I did not realize this when looking at description Clean, close walk to beach. Had beach wagon and beach stuff available. Air not working great but they came quick to fix it Dryer takes a long time to dry clothes. Internet was not working and we were supposed to get a refund but have not seen that. I would stay again Beds were comfy.

Outstanding

Regency Cabanas was exactly as advertised. We especially enjoyed the easy access to pool from our outdoor balcony steps. Short walk to beach. Appreciated the “leftover” beach equipment and left some of our own, as well. Located close to other activities. We will DEFINITELY be back here!!

The condo had a strong odor when we arrived but it dissipated after maintenance sprayed the A/C unit. The furnishings were older and will benefit from upgrading but the location of the condo is awesome. It is right on the Gulf and made it very fun to make trips with the grandchildren and return to the condo when hot.
