Clean and bright apartment in great location. Easy bus ride to Watsons Bay or Rose Bay wharf, which was great for getting ferries. Beautiful Parsley beach not too far away and ocean walk close by too. Cafes and shops just a few minutes walk. A really great value and comfortable place to stay.

The apartment itself, cleanliness and location were all excellent. I was very disapointed by the company hosting the place. 'Madecomfy' were intrusive and at times annoying. From the start I was forced to do a highly invasive facial recongnition ID check. Then I was added to a mailing list and solicited for their corporate travel services. They attempted to charge my credit card for the place a week early, hinting at a cancellation if I didn't pay at the time. I was repeatedly contacted by phone to see if I had received the multiple emails with check-in instructions, harmless maybe but over 3-4 times it was a bit annoying. To top it off, during the stay I was informed there would be a fire inspection at the property at 7:00am, which I was expected to allow access for. In future I will avoid any stayz listings operated by madecomfy.
