Hilltop ocean view round house

Round house perfect for private getaway. On top of a hill with an ocean view from almost every room. Lots of trails around the house to enjoy as well as Mercer and Collard lake just up the road. Master bedroom has attached bathroom with shower/tub and king bed. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and large closets, fourth bedroom has twin and ocean view. There is a small futon upstairs in the crows nest. A new deck with a grill. A few minutes away from the grocery store and countless amazing beach trails off hw 101 as well as downtown Florence which is full of unique shops and restaurants.

We loved staying at this home for a few days. Super comfortable for a family of five with a dog but would easily accommodate plenty more! Beautiful location and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Easy to get to to and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay during our week in Florence. The house is very well appointed and the view is spectacular. It is a quiet setting and convenient to points along the coast.

Overall, we had a great reunion trip and we loved the property. There were enough beds for us and the space was comfortable and the crows nest fun. The location was great for our purposes--close to town, dunes, beach and hiking, but far enough out for peace and quiet. Our complaints were that the check in info that was electronically sent to me was incorrect. The code to unlock the door was wrong and it took some time to get hold of someone to find out how to get in at 9:00 at night. Also, the wifi code was wrong and it took a lot of back and forth communication to finally get the right code. Additionally, there weren't enough windows with screens to cool down the house properly at night. It was quite hot in the crowsnest and the room with the 2 double beds. Also, the material on the white recliner chairs is breaking down and shedding on your clothes when you sit in them--they should be replaced. However, we loved the house, the laundry facilities, the kitchen, the big dinner table, the comfortable master suite. Great place, just needs a little love and updated electronic check in info!

Very nice place. Very comfortable with everything needed labeled and present (except paper towels). Only stayed two nights but this is a good place to stay.

We had an amazing weekend at the round house! The location is perfect on the central coast to explore beaches, lakes, dunes, forests, carnivorous plants! We had some rain but just cozied up in the crow’s nest and basked in the views. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked…we felt right at home immediately! Thank you for this great opportunity to get away!
360 degree views… catch gorgeous sunrise and sunset views!
So many beaches close by! Rick hounding paradise!

We really enjoyed the house. There was plenty of room for eight people to spread out and settle in comfortably. Everyone loved the well stocked kitchen and the view as well. We were close to Florence, the beach, and lake Mercer where we rented a pontoon boat one afternoon while there.

We had an amazing time at the Hilltop! Everything was beautiful. We had two young children and two dogs and the house was very kid and dog friendly. We enjoyed walking around on the trails. The only thing that was disappointing was one of the mattresses (the room closest to the garage) had large saddles on both sides of the mattress, and was very uncomfortable.

Gorgeous views!

We loved staying at this property. Absolutely beautiful views, went paddle boarding at a little lake nearby, spent time at the beach, and the house had everything we needed. Very fun for the kids.

The property was as listed. Everything was well labeled and easy to find. Everything was clean and nicely organized. I would definitely recommend this property for a nice family stay.

This was the most amazing property. Vuews were unbelievable. Comfort was unmatched. Everything was clearly labeled and we wanted for nothing. Plenty of games and cooking supplies. Communication with the host was quick and effortless. Highly highly recommend this place. Should i ever be fortunatel to return to the area i will definitely choose this place again.

Cousins Reunion

Spectacular views! Spacious! Wonderfully labeled! Welcoming! We had cousins from Connecticut, Michigan and Oregon gather over the time of our visit and everyone was impressed.
