Enjoy a bright family-friendly space just an 8-minute walk from the lakefront. This 1-bedroom + loft offers 2 cozy queen beds, a pullout couch, fully equipped kitchen, and a sunny deck and yard—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach. Stroll to the lake, passing charming shops and cafés along the way, then come home to your own quiet space with ample free parking, including room for a boat or water toys. No need to worry about downtown parking fees!

The space
On the main floor, you'll find the primary bedroom, a cozy living area, a full bathroom with in-suite laundry, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining space. Step outside through the patio doors to enjoy a large, sunny, south-facing patio with a BBQ.

Up a steep spiral staircase is the second bedroom loft, which overlooks the dining area below. This upper-level bedroom also features an attached half bathroom. The stairs may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.

Please note there is no air conditioning - fans are provided in each bedroom.

Great place to stay. Little expensive for short stays, but great location, nice and clean, good neighborhood. Wonderful facilities and an all around fantastic place to stay. Would recommend to anybody and will stay again

My husband and I needed a quick getaway and this was the perfect spot. Close walk to all the main streets. The best part is we could bring our for babies

Location and having a big deck was bery nice also the beds were very comfortable. When I arrived we had no dish towels and I was able to contact the host and towels were nrought over right away

Six of us visited for a family holiday and we really enjoyed our stay! The yard was big with plenty of space to sunlounge, play or sit around the fire. It's important to note that the property it set out best for 4 people, with only 4 chairs provided around the kitchen table, and it's a bit further away than expected from the beach (about a 10 minute walk). We would also recommend bringing additional kitchen items required, as the cooking/baking dishes are quite limited, and an axe/firewood for a fire if desired.Overall a lovely place to stay, we would recommend!

This property is not suitable for 6 people. The pull out couch was broken and was not convertible to a double bed. It was a single bed with a pull out trundle bed. It is not suitable for an adult or a teenager to sleep on. There are only 4 chairs as well.

As noted in our listing, the home accommodates up to 6 guests, but we state that it is best suited for 4 adults, with the additional sleeping space intended for extra guests. The pull-out sofa is designed to convert into a double bed, so we’re sorry to hear it did not function as expected during your stay. We will inspect it right away to ensure it is working properly. The dining area includes 4 chairs, as shown in our listing photos. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
