Cozy queen bed with extra twin pullout for guests. All linens included
Light Rapid Transit (LRT) Central station access via pedway in basement of building, no need to go outside. YEG 1 hour via transit. University 10 min. via LRT. Various shopping malls on the LRT line as well.

Perfect place for what I needed. Ideal location for downtown Edmonton. Place was clean, safe, and well appointed. Would stay again.

The loft was perfect. Great location, clean and had everything we required. The host Doug was great and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend the loft and stay again.

Property was clean and as advertised. Doug was responsive and accommodating with questions and requests. Property was in a good location with access to a convenience store, a liquor store and LRT node in the same building. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and nightlife.

The studio was exactly as described and wonderful! We really enjoyed the great coffee and popcorn. We did not spend too much time there as we were at a conference at the Convention Center. We had a short walk from the studio to the Westin hotel where we were able to walk indoors to the convention center, so the location was perfect and less than a hotel stay! We will stay again. Communication was prompt, professional and we had everything we needed!

Doug was extremely communicative from booking through checking out! We had everything we needed at his beautiful apartment, and it was very clean and comfortable. It was perfectly located for us in relation to the conference center, which we walked to easily multiple times per day. I cannot think of a single negative thing to say, because our stay was perfect. I will definitely come back to Doug's place if I am ever in Edmonton again!

The apartment was bright - six huge windows! - and very well equipped, incl. a very large desk and office chair, good bed, air con (needed - it was hot in Edmonton!) and heaters, lots of electronics, plug-ins etc, and everything you could want in the kitchen, from utensils and condiments to an excellent coffeemaker, lots of coffee, even some food. The host, Doug, was outstanding. He was very quick to respond to questions, incl. walking us through how to open the wall safe we had inadvertently locked. The condo was in close proximity (walkable) to many interesting facilities, such as the Winspear Concert Hall, the Citadel Theatre, Art Gallery of Alberta, City Centre Plaza etc. The only downside of the location was the presence of many homeless people - not uncommon in many Canadian cities.

I lived here for a month and absolutely loved it. The apartment is bright, super clean, and sits in a great, safe location with easy access to everything. Doug was fantastic—always quick to reply and make sure everything was going smoothly. 10/10 experience!

Originally from Edmonton currently living and working remotely. This condo is fully set up with professionals in mind who are looking for a comfortable long-term stay. I set up a full office area with a 32-inch monitor you can just plug into and get to work. I enjoy cooking so the kitchen is set up with little extras. I wouldn't call it a gourmet kitchen, but it has everything you need to prepare good meals at home. Let me know if there is something special you need, and I will try to accommodate. When I come to town I use public transit, the LRT comes right to the building. I normally schedule one of the grocery delivery services to drop off my preordered list right to my door shortly after my arrival, that way I have a full fridge with the things I like and don't have to go anywhere. There are numerous restaurants, bars and fast-food places with in a 10-minute walk if you prefer.

Access the LRT through the basement with stops at U of A, Jubilee auditorium, Southgate & Westmount malls all on the LRT route. Bike lanes nearby as well.
