Conveniently located on the most upscale avenue in the San Juan Metro area. This bright, elegantly-furnished 21 floor studio is your home away from home situated in the heart of bustling & hip Condado (across the street from the Marriott Hotel & Casino). The studio apartment consists of a compact kitchen, comfortable yet chic living/dining area with a futon that folds out to sleep 2 & 2 matching side chairs. The north facing wall is a glass sliding door & opens onto a balcony with a majestic ocean view. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed (which sleeps 2), 32-inch LCD TV. A walk-in closet is situated between the bedroom & the bathroom. The building has 24 hour security coin laundry, a private pool complete with chaise lounges & also has a private gym.

Very welcoming and accommodating. Parking included was a great feature. The place and location of it made our vacation while in San Juan a great time.

We had the absolute BEST time here. In the heart of Condado-just steps from the beach. Expansive breath taking views. Our host thought of everything from beach chairs, portable cooler, lotion, hair dryer, an iron. Stocked with everything & just drop dead gorgeous place to stay. Cannot recommend more highly! The nighttime city view & daytime beach view is worth every penny!

We had a good stay , great location. The condo unit needs paint and upkeep due to beach location. Also the shower design splashes water on the floor. Overall good rental.

Kitchen was tiny and hard to make eggs, toasts and coffee. The view from the 21st floor balcony included a lot of rooftops and HVAC. The gate controller finally worked on the last day. We still made the best of it all and enjoyed Puerto Rico

Everything that I needed was provided. Great location to the beach and other shops and restaurants. One downside when using ride share or delivery service, they sometimes have a hard time finding the location so you may have to stand outside for them to see you. Otherwise perfect location to many things.

The apartment was not at all as presented in the photos… photos badly misrepresented the appearance and spatial confines of the apartment. Overall dingy building. I was very disappointed and told the owner we were leaving on 2nd day, but he refused to refund any portion of our cost. DON’T RENT THIS!!!

Great location. We were able to get what we needed from Walgreens and the pharmacy. There was a Starbucks downstairs. We were able to walk to the beach. Xolo tacos was downstairs and that place was amazing! We had a great time.

The balcony views of the ocean and city was excellent! The female security guard, at entrance, Esther, was professional, kind, friendly, exceeding in expectations. The walk to the beach was quick, easy and a beautiful area. Having beach towels and chairs was outstanding. Condo very clean and comfortable. Easy and precise directions on accessing. Reported to the host, the sliding door definitely needs repairing/adjustment. Difficult to open and close and sitting outside on balcony, is a highlight. Communication by host was exceptional. Will return. Thank you.

Incredible location

This place was in an amazing location, great building and an incredible view. The apartment was super clean and had everything you could think of. Gated parking. Secure building. David was awesome and this is my new place whenever I'm on the island. Great experience. I highly recommend this place.

As advertised: location location location

Location was in the heart of Condado Beach. Walk to everything. Studio is advertised. It is small but has all you need including bug spray, suntan lotion and sunscreen, which was essential. Had great communication with the host and no issues to report. Would go back and highly recommend.
