Thanks for staying with me and for taking the time to write such an in-depth review. I am sorry that you never discovered the sand chairs for the beach that are located in the 5th floor double door exterior hall closet, right outside the apartment door. I sent you a text before your arrival with a picture of them, but I don't think you saw my texts until the day before you left. I hope I have the opportunity to accommodate you again in the near future.

It’s an amazing little studio with unobstructed views of the beach and water. Right on the beach and walkable to great food and bars. Eric is an awesome and attentive host. We had access to beach chairs and a cooler. Definitely will return.

Eric is, hands down, a super host. It was our first experience with this type of rental and his help, even a day before we got to the place, made us enjoy the experience from the start. The ocean view is even better in person, not an enhanced photo. The apartment was just as described and there were things for us to use that I wasn’t even expecting like: beach chairs and coolers, paddles, games, etc.; and it really is right in the middle of everything, literally. All in all, I feel like I rented from a friend.

Eric is a wonderful host. We actually met him when we arrived and he personally showed us to the condo. Throughout our stay, we had contact with him. He was happy to tell us which restaurants to try or activities to do. The condo was charming and right on the beach. We walked to most places and took Ubers when traveling a ways. We will try and come again...and would definitely rent this condo again!!! Thank you for a great vacation Eric. God Bless.

This property was beautiful. Right on the beach. I loved hearing the waves at night. It was clean and well stocked. My daughter and I came to celebrate her successful treatment of breast cancer. I can't think of a better place to spend time with her. So close to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. We loved walking on the beach multiple times a day. Eric was very helpful with the questions and issues we had. There were several different steps to get into the property which made us feel more secure. Thank you, Eric for a lovely stay.

I can't say enough good things about this unit. I'll start by saying that our host Eric was wonderful. He replied to our communications right away and even sent us detailed instructions along with pictures to help us make check in a breeze. The unit was bigger than I expected. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit is in the 5th floor which gave us a beautiful view of the beach. The bed was very soft and the shower had the best water pressure we've experienced on the island in a long time. There was a beach blanket and coolers but no chairs . The building was starting updates to the elevator the day we were due to check out so it was shut down. There were clear signs posted letting everyone know ahead of time so no surprise there. But Eric was kind enough to offer to help us bring our luggage down stairs for us. We didn't have the need to take him up on his offer but it was very kind of him to offer. We forgot some items in the unit and Eric gracefully assisted us in retreaving them after we had already checked out. We loved this unit and even without beach chairs we would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time staying at Eric’s VRBO right on the beach! The view was incredible and there were so many great restaurants and walking distance. Eric is an amazing host, we got to meet him when we arrived so he walked us through the whole arrival process. If we return to PR, we will definitely come back here! Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo on the beach, with beach access right outside the building. We appreciated the kitchen and nice bathroom. We used the beach chairs provided. We slept with the balcony doors open...what an experience. Comfy bed. Great communication with owner.

Great Stay

Great location-best (and only) building directly on the beach., Comfortable furniture-large shower with good hot pressure- responsive host... cant go wrong here!

The listing is spot on. This is right on the beach and in the midst of everything in Condado. Great views of the ocean and most of the places you would need to visit, like restaurants and shopping, is within walking distance. We used this as our starting point and traveled the island from here. Very convenient location. Eric was very helpful with everything needed for the unit. Check in was smooth and check out went well. Eric is a great host and went above and beyond what most hosts would do. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to everything Condado Beach has to offer and if you want a great beach view.

Studio was very clean and comfortable. Host was outstanding and provided excellent information regarding the property and surrounding neighborhoods. Tremendous views from the studio with easy access to the beach. Highly recommend the Ropa Vieja Grill just blocks from the studio.

Overally extrememly satifified with our stay. The location was great and the views from the condo were breath taking.
