Experience your dream vacation in Steamboat Springs at this beautiful studio in First Tracks at Wildhorse Meadows. This mountain retreat offers top-notch amenities at an affordable price. Enjoy access to luxurious facilities, including the Trailhead Gondola, which conveniently transports you to the mountain base, and a deluxe spa featuring three hot tubs, a saltwater pool, fire pits, and a game room. This condo is designed to make you feel right at home!

Step inside to discover a charming open living room and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking, from pots and pans to spices, coffee, and hot chocolate.

The condo boasts recently updated flooring, trim, paint, and furniture. Sliding barn doors separate the bedroom from the living space, which includes a comfortable king-size bed, plush bedding, a spacious dresser, and a closet. Unwind in the living room after a day of skiing, where you'll find a Smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and a variety of board games.

During the winter, guests have access to the convenient Wildhorse Gondola, providing quick transportation to and from the ski resort base in under 10 minutes. Additionally, the complex is situated along the free public bus line, making it easy to explore all that the town has to offer.

Quick ski trip

We had a great time! The place was conveniently located with gondola access nearby. It was clean and cozy and very well stocked. Would stay again.

Very nice property

Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and nearby gondola to the mountain. The price was good and the property was nice. Would stay here again.

steamboat weekend

Visited Steamboat for the weekend without kids. The unit was a cozy fit for 2 adults. We visited during the summer, so it was warm inside during the day, but cooled down nicely at night. Unit had what we needed for a short getaway. Easy to get to downtown, grocery store, mountain area.

Perfect staycation!

This property was perfect for me and one friend. We enjoyed the beautiful hot tub, super cozy bed, and ski gondal access. The property had plenty of towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay. The unit is very clean and it’s just steps to the Wild Horse gondola. Our son slept on the couch and said it was very comfy.

Weekend get away

Stayed for a long weekend with my husband. Condo was adorable, nicely stocked with dishes and exactly as listed and very clean. Appreciated the barn doors to separate the spaces and being able to use the pool and hot tubs was very nice.

Small but OK for two

Definitely not booking for the view, as you look at a white dome ! Place is fairly dark, but comfortable. Would not want to hang out and relax there very long. But here to ski and be outdoors, gondola is very handy to the base.

Essentially ski in / ski out in terms of location - less than 5 min walk to the wild horse gondola up to the base. Condo is small and we found the bed / pillows to be especially uncomfortable. It’s doable for a few nights but not longer. The kitchen had a good variety of pots/pans and knives for cooking, which was appreciated. Would recommend bringing / buying your own coffee and spices.

The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The pillows are old and thin, so bring your own. The walls are very thin and you’ll hear your neighbors walking around above you. The drapes barely cover the windows so expect some light in the morning. Also, be aware there are no luggage stands available. Take note that the door does not automatically lock when you leave. If you’re staying in September of 2025, be aware there is construction at the Tennis Center immediately outside your window and you’ll wake up to noise at 7:30, even on weekends. Just a heads up that this host has a list of expectations, so be aware that you’ll be expected to take your shoes off in the unit, take out the trash, and start the laundry of towels and sheets before you leave. Overall, the location was great… just a few minutes outside of town and the unit is clean. Just some particulars to be mindful of.

Cute place, no view

When we rented this property, there were no reviews and when I looked at the pictures I did not realize it backs up to the tennis bubble. Our view was of the white tarp covering the tennis courts. There was no balcony or view of anything except for the white tarp. Probably a great place to stay in the winter although not so much in the summertime. We ended up buying camp chairs and sitting out on the sidewalk. The inside was adorable though!

Hi Teri, glad you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately there is no balcony part of this unit but the condo is not advertised as having such. On the bright side, the tennis center building provides lots of privacy with no onlookers.
