This condo includes access to 5 pools: indoor pool (heated year-round), diving pool, lap/lounge pool, kids pool, waterfall pool, and pool with shallow end. This condo also includes: 4 hot tubs (heated year-round), 2 fitness centers, basketball, pickleball, and 3 playgrounds. Family pool and playground within 2 min walking distance. View of family pool and playground from deck. Living room tv has a roku streaming device.

3 bed/2 bath. Sleeps 6. Bed Configuration: master - King, 2 guest -with queen in each. Quiet top (3rd) level end unit. Elevator close 1750 sq feet. Mountain view.

Beautiful

The accommodations were beautiful and exceptional! We loved being on the 3rd floor with the extended balcony and views. Everything was in brand new condition. Our stay was completely enjoyable!

Gold medal stay!

Great place! Its beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We would stay again! For those that care---Hours for the pool and hot tub are from 10am to 10pm, so any Huntsman athletes hoping for an early morning soak cant access those. The small fitness center nearest the condo was open early so that was great since the bigger fitness center did not open until 9. Only the treadmill worked decently though in the smaller fitness center. The hosts are very responsive as well. A great stay!! We won gold medals in womens softball 55s bracket and the bike tour event!

Clean and quiet

We loved staying at this rental. We have stayed at Las Palmas before but it is the best to be on the third floor. I loved the end unit. We had morning and evening shade out on the patio. It was very clean and everything went smooth. Would definitely come again.

The Best!

We have stayed in several different units in Las Palmas but this one was our favorite. It's set in the back corner of the complex which makes it more quiet than other units. The condo was very clean and furnished nicely. It was spacious and had plenty of room. The 3rd floor vaulted ceilings are a plus. The kitchen was great for cooking meals. Beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our family getaway.

Staying here again!

This was a great place! Very nice and surprised by it compared to the pictures. It seemed like it would be a lot darker than it really was when you get there. Overall a great experience.

Best Stay We've Had

This home was absolutely perfect. Very nicely decorated, all the kitchen amenities we needed, quiet end unit, clean clean clean, comfy beds and the one question I had was answered right away. The resort was great - lots of playgrounds and plenty of pools. We've gone to St George every year for about 10 years and this is the best rental we've stayed at.

Loved this rental! Las Palmas is the #1 resort for families!

We love coming to stay at Las Palmas every 4th of July and this rental was amazing with the corner unit on the top floor and the huge deck to overlook the pool and playground it was a dream! We will definitely stay here again, thank you so much for having us!

Spacious and bright

Plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. The unit has tons of windows and is much brighter than the photos appear. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo and fun for the family

We loved our stay at Las Palmas and would definitely stay in this beautiful condo again! It was cozy and comfortable, very clean, roomy, affordable, and came with stunning views of St. George and just enough out of the way for lots of privacy. I know Las Palmas has been around for quite a few years but our kids loved the amenities and different activities that they still have. Looking forward to a return trip. Thank you!

Gorgeous getaway

The condo looked nice from the pictures, but they definitely don’t do it justice. It’s an absolutely beautiful home that’s been well taken care of. We felt at home from the second we walked in the door. The location was perfect with no one above us and the pools were enjoyed by the entire family. We stayed on a very busy holiday weekend and everyone on the entire property still obeyed the quiet hours. Definitely a 10/10!

Great Condo!

We stay at Las Palmas quite often when we're in St. George for baseball tournaments. This was the nicest and our favorite so far. Plenty of space for our family of 5, clean and comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again!
