Room was clean, no idea where the pools were but we didn’t take a lot of time to look. Only complaint is that it smelled musty in the apartment. Otherwise, it was good. I didn’t interact with the host. Just looked at the app.

Very nice 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. The condo was very clean and not at all crowded with unnecessary decorations and nick knacks. Th A/C is very loud in the master bathroom.The bathrooms have surround mirrors.The fan in the master bathroom is loud but doesn't seem to work. We were all very comfortable and would rent this again.

Great communication with owners! Loved this place. Exactly as depicted. We didnt discover the washing machine until our last night upon reading the check out instructions. This place does have a washer/dry set, its just hidden outside off the deck in a closet. Thanks for your hospitality!!!! We enjoyed our stay.

We walked through the pool area but weren't able to take advantage of the pool on this trip. We also love the hot tub, and pickleball.

Great Family Vacation Spot

The space was great, Location was excellent. Pools and Rec Center next door was a lot of fun. Whole family traveled far to be there and we had a great time. We would stay there again.

Had a good stay. Parking can be a little difficult if you get in late and bring more than one car but still a nice place.

Great Las Palmas Unit

Close to the clubhouse. It was decorated and furnished very nicely. The unit was also very well stocked and clean. Owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful fun exciting place

We had a great time here, we played pickle ball, basketball swam, and relaxed in the hot tub everynight. We loved it. My boys did not want to leave. In fact we're thinking of moving to St. George.

Nice, Clean, & Convenient

We stayed in this condo for a girls weekend (5 of us). The condo was nice, clean and close to all the activities we were doing, especially Tuacahn. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed, and TV's for everyone was a big plus! The check in/check out procedures were the easiest I've had! We will definitely be back!

The owner was very prompt to answer questions and pleasant to work with. The condo was clean and comfortable. The property amenities (pool areas) were fun, just out-dated. However, it is in the process of being renovated. The condo is nicely decorated. We had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The unit itself was just fine and we loved spending time together and we have no complaints. One small issue was the faucet in the main bathroom is very loose and will need attention. This didn't affect our stay. The outside of buildings need some attention both with repairs and cleaning and didn't match the cleanliness of the unit and probably a management problem and not the individual owner. I would still rent from them again because the price and location are good.

condo was average. Holes in wall, very dusty in some areas. TV didnt work properly with streaming services. Main area was nice, location was good. Master bed was insanely hard.

Clean and good location

Place was quiet and very clean. Large space with all the cookware and baking tools. Nice not to have to have a key as the door was a code. Laundry worked great. Mirrors in bathroom were weird, but curtains helped to cover them. Pool was nice with few kids.

Everything in the unit is brand new. It has been modernized with all the comforts of home. You will not find a more accommodating property given it's amenities and convenient proximity to the Green Valley pools.
