Bus stop is right outside the house with connection to 22nd Street Skytrain Station. Enjoy a nature walk in Moody park with outdoor swimming pool, ping pong & pickleball courts. Royal City Centre Mall is a short walk with Walmart, Dollorama, food court, coffee shops & many places to eat.
