This is an excellent place to stay. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and had everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Shops are close by and it was central for access to all parts of Coquitlam and further. It was in a quiet residential area. There is plenty of street parking and is free but beware you park in the right area as we did have a parking fine. We had parked in the dark one evening and hadn’t noticed the sign. Dimitri met us on arrival with the keys and was very pleasant and helpful. We had a lovely stay.

Dmitry was the perfect host, there to answer questions and discrete in allowing us the privacy we enjoyed. All amenities were there as described and adequate for a short week’s visit to Vancouver.

The host Mr. Dimitry is a very easy to communicate with and always willing to help so is his son. My family had wonderful time there for 9 days. It is a quiet and functional house. We could find everything we need there. Definitely we will book this house again on our next trip.

The place is very clean and the host is very hospitable.The only issue was the lack of a stove. It wasn't a problem but it wasn't clearly indicated in the details on VRBO that there was no stove. We bought groceries but had to find ingenious ways to cook with small kitchen appliances which there are many.Very conveniently located within a short walk to the sky train, Lincoln Station.It is a nice two bedroom two bathroom apartment.

Unfortunately, our smart government cares about our guests and prohibits providing a stove to guests for a short-term rental, only long-term rentals are allowed... I am forced to comply in order to obtain a license and apologize for this stupid ban (we do not have a stove in the description on the ad page, but we have many other appliances for you to cook food), thank you for your understanding

Great place, good location

Overall was a wonderful stay, place was clean and family was lovely. Location is very close to train if you are going into town. Also loved the idea of having ideas for must see things and food on the fridge!
