Two bedroom, two bath condo is in the Arbor Trace community of Barefoot Golf Resort. Experience the ultimate in resort style living without the high priced resort fees. This unit can accommodate 6 with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. Master bedroom mattress replaced in August of 2023!

This spacious two bedroom, two bath condo at Arbor Trace is well maintained and nicely decorated. It also features a screened in porch. You'll have all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and washer & dryer.

Arbor Trace has it's own private community swimming pool & BBQ area. During peak summer months take the complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the lifeguards stationed on the beach.

Barefoot Resort has four pro-designed, world-class golf courses, the Norman course, the Davis Love course, the Dye course, and the Fazio course. Golfers are welcomed by an elegant clubhouse.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, condo was really nice, however there were human feces on the side of one of the toilets, walking across the floors barefoot our feet were black, other than that the condo was very nice!!

Great stay again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property many times and have always been pleased when we came this time there was a problem with the closet light and they were there to repair before we unpacked ! Dry nice decor and everything you need for a great vacation

Family Fun

This was the first time I was not ocean front at the beach and we knew this booking this place, but I felt it was too fat in the neighborhood as well to enjoy walking to Barefoot Landing.
