The condo was clean, the AC situation was irritating because it was set to hold at 75 degrees, and it would go back to 75 every couple hours, so when we would get back at night it would be hotter than a hoochie coochie in there! Other than that everything was great, super quiet area.

Sorry to hear you had issues with temperature. I wish you would have reached out to me. I never heard from you so I assumed your stay was fine. You needed to put the thermostat on permanent hold so it does not try to follow a random schedule. That is something I could have definitely helped with. I hope you will consider us again in the future.

This location was great for a conference at Embassy Suites and the separate bedrooms with bathrooms worked well for two work colleagues. The host is very friendly and accessible. The unit looks out on the pond and lots of lovely wildlife around. The washer dryer (and laundry pods) came in handy. Be sure to bring your own toiletries...a small hotel-sized bar of soap is provided but you'll need your own hair products. Comfortable and clean.

I’ve stayed in Multiple VRBO’s over the years and this was by far the cleanest unit I’ve ever stayed in, it was also very well stocked. Additionally the owner made a binder with info about the unit, great shops and restaurants around the area. Overall 10/10 and would recommend to friends and family.

The communication with the host was excellent!! He was always prompt with responses to questions. The condo was clean with the exception of the small back deck. It’s needs some cleaning to be able to use it. The pools were great as well as the location of the property. The only issue we had was the front bathroom wouldn’t flush without adding water to it. It needs to be checked out. Thanks for hosting us!

Excellent location. Villa was very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy walk to the beach. Beautifully landscaped. Lots to do nearby.

The condo is very clean, and is in a great location in Kingston Plantation. The renovations they did since last time I stayed here made it even better!

Cute unit in older building. Well equipped and cozy, newer appliances. Great owner comm. Larger complex with easy access to beach and a couple nearby restaurants. No pools for use during our early spring visit but off season so we expected that. Pay pool/gym nearby (15/day). Building needs attention and shaded / damp deck was buggy so we didn’t get much use. Very safe area
