The Space

The double sofa bed offers additional sleeping space, while the electric fireplace adds a touch of warmth and charm. Enjoy year-round comfort with the split system air-conditioning and heating.

Kitchenette: The compact yet functional kitchenette is stocked with everything you need, including plates, cups, wine glasses, and crockery. Alongside a kettle and toaster, you’ll also find a selection of teas for your convenience.

Full Bathroom: Refresh in the stylish full bathroom, complete with a toilet and shower, designed for both function and comfort.

Euro Laundry: For added convenience, the Euro Laundry includes a washing machine, perfect for longer stays or managing your laundry needs.

Bedroom: Drift off in the luxurious king bed, complemented by split system air-conditioning and heating. A spacious wardrobe provides ample storage for your belongings. All linen and towels are included in your stay

The ground floor is split into two sections. The front part operates as a pop-up furniture shop, while the rear half is your private space. You'll enjoy exclusive access to your area with a shared private entrance with guests (if any) on the 1st floor.

The access of the apartment is using the key safe lock box located in front of the entrance.

Hire a car at GoGet where collection is right on Rathdowne St which is a few minutes from our place.

If you bring your own car, you can park anywhere within two streets of our home, with Newry Street being the most convenient option.
There are ample 2-hour free parking spaces and free overnight parking in the area if you have more than one vehicle.

Please ensure you book for the correct number of guests. Bedding, linen, and towels are provided for 1 bedroom and up to 2 guests.
An additional charge applies for extra guests, who will use the double sofa bed in the living area, with additional bedding, linen, and towels supplied.
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours.

The following strict House Rules apply :-
No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
No parties or antisocial behaviour.
No additional people are to access the property without prior approval.
No pets are allowed in the property without approval.
No smoking is allowed in the property at any times.
If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

Noise, Occupancy & Smoke Monitor Policy

For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.

Important:

Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices.
We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously.
If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.
In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guest and our community.

*Please note that bedding/linen/towels are provided for number of guests booked.
*Additional charge will be applied for extra guests and need to be advised in booking.
*Pets are not allowed on beds, couch and furniture.
*Commercial photography and filming allowed with permission. Please request permission at the time of booking.
