Gorgeous house tucked away above the village. Easy process to check in and communication with the local mgmt company handling the homeowners needs ahead of and during our stay. Spacious with top notch amenities, massive kitchen area, covered jacuzzi, with lovely balconies and views of the sunsets from the main living room. It does get hot inside during the day as you go upstairs, with help coming from split level AC units for each floor, but cools some as the evening comes. Could benefit from some upper bedroom level ceiling fans to move the air. Overall a really nice time spent amongst the trees.

Arrived and it was as listed on the site. Great cabin with plenty of space for everyone and very close to the village.

Overall a beautiful cabin. We felt like we were in a tree house. There were a couple things that could have been improved. There was broken glass around the hot tub and patio. The ice maker was dirty and had to be cleaned. The coffee maker had leftover coffee in the filter and pot. The kitchen could use more utensils. We bbq’d and there wasn’t a spatula. Our biggest complaint would be the third story. It was extremely hot with really no way to cool it down.

We were disappointed with this rental.1. The house is poorly maintained. The outside areas are unkempt and untidy including peeling anti-skid on the stairs. The hot tub area was similarly messy. Inside there was a lot of clutter stuffed into closets and in the corners of the bedrooms. The kitchen cabinets were similarly in disarray. It showed a lack of care & hospitality. Given the 4 pm check in and 10 am checkout one would expect the house to be in better shape.2. The 2 3rd floor bedrooms are unusable in hot weather. They were like a sauna. The portable ac unit only added to the heat. We were unable to sleep our first night because of these conditions. The 1st floor bedroom was bearable in the heat but there has no door separating it from the rest of the house, which means that every sound carries into the room.3. Shortly after we arrived and checked in the sheriff arrived because the owner reported an alarm. The sheriff was very respectful but we had to provide all our personal info and he had to check with the owner etc. This took up some time. Not only was this shocking to us but also there was no explanation or apology from the owner.Overall we found this to be a sloppily maintained, poorly managed property.
