Located just a short walk 3-4 minutes,(.2 to beach access) from the white sand of Panama City Beach, this 4-Bedroom private home has space for everyone with a comfortable open floor plan. You'll find personal touches throughout including a Fully-Equipped Kitchen, 2 Master Suites, High Ceilings, and charming coastal decor to compliment the comfortable furnishings. A spacious house and very kid friendly!

Our home has an open living concept, dining and kitchen area that is the perfect place to entertain, relax and enjoy time with family and friends. Our living area has a 65” TV, along with an oversized Sectional Couch so the entire family can be together. The dining room table seats seven, but the barstools can be pulled over if everyone wants to eat together. Within the fully equipped kitchen you will have all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals.

There is a Master Bedroom on the Main with a Queen Bed and adjoining bath with a Walk-in Shower. Also on the main is a Half Bath & a spacious Laundry Room.

The Backyard is the perfect Oasis for gathering with friends and family. It has been meticulously Landscaped, artificial turf added, Fenced (for your furry family members), and set up for your enjoyment! Perfect for swimming in and lounging around our PRIVATE POOL! WE DO HAVE AN OPTION TO HEAT THE POOL WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE. ASK OWNER FOR DETAILS. We have loungers set up for laying out, a gathering spot with a gas firepit/table, Dining Table for outdoor eating and a covered Deck with a TV and sitting area. A Gas Grill is available so you can whip up your go-to recipes or try your hand at some new coastal flair. After a day at the Beach you can sink right in to this Backyard Oasis!!

Up the stairs you will find the Loft Area which has a Pull-out Queen Sofa and a Pull-Out oversized Chair, along with a mounted TV. Off of the loft is a Full Length Covered Porch with sitting area. The 2nd Master features plenty of room, a King Bedroom Suite and attached Bath with a Walk-in Shower & Double Vanity. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed and attaches to a shared bath with Double Vanity and Tub/Shower Combo. The 4th Bedroom is our Bunk Room and can be enjoyed by children and adults alike! The top Bunk is a Twin and the Bottom bed is a Full.

Throughout this upscale house, you will find beautiful touches and furnishings that make you feel at home. Other amenities to note: Ceiling fans are throughout, 7 TV’s, plenty of storage, the driveway accommodates 4 vehicles, Fully stocked kitchen,

Other things to note:
Take an easy 3-4 min walk to the beach, or a relaxing bike ride around the area. When you return you can enjoy your own private pool or maybe rest and relax on one of the shady porches and read a good book. Prefer to vacation with your dog? We are Pet friendly and we love our furry friends! They are 100% welcome, we just ask for an additional (minimal) pet fee (per pet) at booking. The yard is surrounded by a fence that is a tremendous plus when bringing your pup.
