Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional garbage bags, paper towels, and other supplies needed during their stay, as listed on the description of the property. Our A/C system is professionally maintained on a regular schedule, with no more than six months between services. This includes inspections and air filter changes. We’ll also have the ceiling register checked and cleaned. We’re sorry about the pet hair on the sofa and the iron damaging your clothing. We’ll address these with our cleaning team and replace the iron. We also appreciate your feedback about the sofa’s comfort and seating capacity.
