Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Six individually themed bedrooms sleep 16 or more guests across 10 beds, with each room carrying its own distinct character. On the first floor, the King Triton Suite features a king bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Siesta Suite offers a queen bed and a 50-inch Roku smart TV. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite is fitted with two twin beds and a 40-inch smart TV. The Star Wars Suite provides two queen beds and a 50-inch smart TV. The Clearwater Suite includes a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and a 55-inch smart TV. The Moana Suite rounds out the lineup with one queen bed, one full bed, and a 50-inch smart TV.

Outdoor living
The private pool and spa are ready for use year-round, with optional heating available at an additional fee. A covered patio lined with sun loungers and outdoor furniture gives the group space to decompress between park days. The outdoor dining area and BBQ grill are set up for evenings spent outside, and the private backyard adds room to spread out beyond the pool deck.

Resort access
Your stay includes access to nearby resort facilities - an additional pool, gym, tennis, volleyball, and more. It's a meaningful bonus for groups who want variety, and a good alternative on days when the home's own outdoor space is at full capacity.

The air-conditioned game room gives the group somewhere to be after dark - pool table, arcade games, ping pong table, life size games, board games, and a smart TV all in one dedicated space. Throughout the rest of the home you'll find multiple TVs with standard cable, a Bluetooth sound system, a game console, and exercise equipment. The themed bedrooms carry their own entertainment value, and younger guests will almost certainly have strong opinions about which room is theirs.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked and ready for group-scale meals from the moment you arrive. A refrigerator, mini fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher cover the essentials, with cookware, dishes, silverware, and cooking basics - including oil, salt, and pepper - already on hand. A coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and baking sheet are all available, along with barbecue utensils for the grill. The dining table brings everyone together inside, and breakfast is provided for your stay.

Family features
This home is genuinely set up for families traveling with young children. A crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, baby safety gates, and babysitter recommendations are all available. A children's playroom keeps younger guests entertained inside, and the outdoor playground gives them space to move around outside.

Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival seamless. The property includes a private entrance, lake access, and free on-site parking. Exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the property - none face the interior. Smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost. Pets are welcome, and long-term stays are available for groups looking for an extended home base in the Orlando Area.
