Empire House is a newly remodeled property located only steps from the OHV route! You get the best of both worlds, and updated home that still retains its historical charms. This house features 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a walk in shower and fantastic views of Kendall mountain. Not many houses in Silverton offer off street parking but, this one does! There is an enclosed outside patio area with gas grill.
Come to Silverton and enjoy the views!!!!!

This is strictly a "No Pets" home.

Great property & great location

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! It was clean, great decor and amenities, and a wonderful location. We give it 5 stars and absolutely stay here again another time.

Empire House was exceptional - quiet, comfortable and clean, in a great location right in the middle of the beautiful San Juan Rocky Mountains, a hidden gem. The views were spectacular. The property managers were responsive and pleasant. We'll definitely be back.

This house is a hidden gem! The pictures do not do it justice. It has all the amenities you could need. The house was so clean and very comfortable. We would love to stay here again if the hosts would have us.

What a fun location!

We happened to time our trip during skijoring and were super excited to have the start of the race right in front of the house. It was really easy to walk all over town and the house was super quiet and cozy.

Great spot - all we needed!

Met up with our son for a weekend stay in Silverton. This cabin was well located, very clean, sufficient space, ample kitchen equipment, plenty of towels, nice patio and grill to cook outdoors. We met the manager when she was collecting garbage and she was very nice/friendly. The area was peaceful. You can easily walk to town and the river. You really can't find much prettier scenery than the San Juans.

Everything we needed!

The exterior fits the overall vibe of being in an old town. But the inside did not disappoint it had plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out as well as be comfortable together. We loved the large kitchen table the large shower and the views we great too. Everything was clean and as you’d hope when you travel away from your own bed. We had a great time and it will be a significant part of our memories from our trip. Also this place is blessed with friendly neighbors too.

Great location, spotless, spacious, very well furnished with everything a VRBO renter would expect and a lot more. Good quality stuff for a rental property. Very responsive managers. We were one couple but the house could easily accommodate six and could squeeze in eight. Pricey but worth it. Silverton in late January can be magical.

Empire house

The property was roomy and the location was convenient. The living room was cozy and had nice ambience. The two patios were appreciated but looked at plywood buildings. The property was dated in my opinion despite that the VRBO description said recently updated. The pans were small and old so food stuck badly. All in all we were satisfied but not thrilled.

Perfect

The whole experience was just perfect. No problems, No complaints. This place is very comfortable, I felt at home (wish it was, Lol). Beds are comfortable, seating is comfortable. The whole house is well stocked with towels, bedding and dishes. The shower is amazing. There is propane provided on the grill. I literally can’t think of a single thing I’d change. We will be back for sure. We loved it. Perfect.

Awesome house!

We really enjoyed our stay in Silverton. The house was cozy and more spacious then we expected! The furniture was fairly new and comfortable. The beds were a medium firm comfort level which was a great support level for my chronic lower back issues yet soft enough for my wife’s preferred comfort level. Since we travel a lot with our adult children and young grandchild(ren), it’s always a bonus to find a place that has a pack-n-play and high chair. This property did not have those so we had to bring a pack-n-play with us. It wasn’t a deal breaker and we’d certainly come back to this property but maybe something for the property manager(s)/owners to consider getting 😉

This home was very clean! Seemed like appliances and furniture were all new. Nice shower with plenty of hot water for all of us. It was so convenient, we walked everywhere we went in Silverton. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The house was very cozy and comfortable. Worked great for our UTV trip. Parking was easy along the street with our pick up and trailer. Enjoyed the walks to shopping and food. Will be back!!

Great Place!!

We had such a great stay. This place is awesome. It is extremely clean and very comfortable. The beds, couch, recliners were all comfortable. We loved sitting out on the porch with the beautiful mountain view. The hosts are amazing, great communication!
