The Shotgun House was was cute and very vintage. We actually met the owner of the property while walking around Silverton. He gave us a lot of information and history of the property and Silverton. The property was in walking distance of the entire downtown area. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect place for 3 adults in Silverton for Hardrock. Kitchen was awesome for cooking our own meals. Washer and dryer were clutch. Clean. Convenient. Host was very responsive. Price was spot on. Looking forward to coming back!

Great stay!

The house is great and had everything we needed for a week long stay in Silverton with our pup. Great jumping off point for hiking in the area as well as enjoying the town itself. Nick was very responsive when we had questions. Would recommend!

Our stay at the Shotgun house was wonderful. The house is very roomy for two people and is located in town, easy walk to town for stores and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook full meal. Loved that it was pet friendly, and there is a wonderful little yard. We will return.

Perfectly Appointed

Perfect location between Ouray and Purgatory Ski Resort. With amazing scenery in all directions. Accommodations felt like home with nice charm. Property owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Centrally Located, Everything You Need

Location was ideal in downtown silverton for access to the mountain. Property manager Nick was extremely responsive and accommodating. The property was ideally sized for two and had all amenities that you could need.

Everything you need in the mountains and more! Perfect location walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and a short drive to some amazing trailheads! 10/10 recommend

Absolutely perfect. We stayed in this home between camping (before and after). It was wonderful. Terrific location in town. Terrific location for hiking & access to the alpine loop for off-roading. The home is clean and SO well stocked. The laundry was terrific to have. The bed, pillows and linens are all lovely. Communication with home owner was quick & easy. Check in was a breeze. We will absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Nick!!!!

Excellent host in beautiful Silverton

House was charming and a perfect size for my wife and I. It was decorated wonderfully and had history in the area which was awesome. Modern amenities with old school mountain charm. Our host was wonderful. Very gracious and accommodating. Even went out of their way to find us a crockpot. It was amazing. We came to Silverton with friends who stayed in other houses and a hotel. We came to ride UTVs in the beautiful surrounding mountain trails. We had heard of some bad vibes for being on SxSs. We experienced none of that and would rebook in this area and this specific house again in a heartbeat.

The house was very clean and decorated very nicely. My wife liked this as much as any rental we have ever stayed at. It had everything we needed. The grassy yard was very comfy for my dog. It is not fully fenced so we had to keep him tethered.

The shotgun house was great and as described. Was clean and had all the extras and nice-to-haves that one wants and expects. Plenty of space throughout in bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Nice little area outside front door w/ picnic table and some grassy space for the dog. Close and convenient to mainstreet in town and good access to all the outdoors available in the area. Highly recommend.
