Ideally positioned less than 15mins from Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, this home is a perfect base for exploring all the Sunshine Coast has to offer.
The Space:
This charming two-level home accommodates up to 10 guests and is thoughtfully designed for relaxed, easy living. On the lower level, you'll find two generous living areas, each featuring comfortable sofas, smart TVs, and air-conditioning. At the front of the home, the first living room is perfect for winding down, paired with a formal dining area for shared meals, and a dedicated office space just across the hallway, ideal for remote work or study.
The heart of the home lies in the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, second living area and kids room, which flows effortlessly out to the stunning outdoor space. The fully equipped kitchen includes ample bench space, a fridge, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and sink. Large glass sliding doors connect the indoor living space to an inviting outdoor entertaining area with cosy outdoor sofas. The resort-style pool, framed by tall hedges, creates a tranquil and secluded setting for unwinding or entertaining. At the front of the home is a fully fenced grassy yard, complete with a trampoline for the kids to enjoy. Bedroom 2: This comfortable bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe cupboard.
Bathroom 2: The main bathroom upstairs features a shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.
Bedroom 3: Comfortable and chic, the third bedroom features a queen bed, air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan and wardrobe cupboard.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including secure garage parking for either two small cars or one large vehicle. Additional parking is available on the driveway for one car, with free street parking as well.

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area should you need it. The home is 250m away from Gloucester Road where bus services are available and operate to Buderim, Sippy Downs & Maroochydore.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
