The apartment is located about 500m to the beach, on the pool level of the main house, surrounded by tall trees; seaward palms.
It offer 4 beds in 2 rooms; 1 x double, 1 x bunk bed (1st 90/0. 90m), ideal for families with children since the pool is featured with a staircase and a 1.00 m deep area.
All rooms and the bathrooms are equipped with central heating, so that the apartment can be used all year round.
W-LAN, British satellite TV and radio with CD player available.
The windows have double glazing after dt. Standard with Portuguese 'Portadas' (internal stores - pushed).
The living room includes a new and modern kitchen with upscale standard includes microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machines (powder and capsule) etc.
Covered barbecue area with Portuguese stone oven available.
After agreement is possible to use a washing machine.

The main house is occupied only occasionally.

The pool level is exclusive for guests.

In the holiday season the local Yacht Club (Clube Naval Sesimbra) offers the possibility of sailing! A surf-Kitschule as well as stand-up school is located some 15km. Furthermore, the guests are happy to take on Hemp range diving schools with the appropriate qualifications to the various dive sites.
Approximately 15 minutes away is the Golf and Country Club 'Quinta do Peru', which invites you to play golf and tennis.

A beautiful location with stunning views. The outdoor space and pool were excellent. Location was convenient, could walk to town, beach or castle. Overall a great place to stay.

Very nice flat with all you need to self-cater, clean and well kept. Central location.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was wonderful nestled up in the hills with superb poolside views, tucked away from the hustle & bustle below but not so far when you want to join in... perfect for cosy rest and relaxtion which is just what we needed on this visit... Sesimbra is stunning we will return xx especially if we get to see our gracious and warm host again :) thanks so much, dear Günther!

A Cool Spot in Sesimbra

A very comfortable place to stay with 3 people or less. The small beach town and owner are very nice and helpful. The views, accomodations and location are awesome. I would definitely go back and also liked the owner so much that I invited him to visit my home town!

Another wonderful stay

This was our 2nd holiday at Günther’s apartment and, if anything, it was even better than we had remembered it. The swimming pool and garden are so inviting that it is tempting to stay there and not explore Sesimbra! We are already yearning to be back there.

This property was just what we wanted as a family - relaxation, views and a great pool. The apartment is small but worked well for us as a family (12 and 14 yr old children). The walk into town is via a steepish hill, but this allows the views to be amazing and fee like you have isolation so there are pros and cons. The host is great and provides independence but is on-site if there are issues. The Wi-Fi is weak but this mean we had time for games played together in the evenings - which was a benefit. A really lovely stay.

Short stay in Sesimbra

Last minute trip 3 day trip to Sesimbra. Gunther was really welcoming and helpful. The house was perfect for me and my two kids. We loved spending time in the pool.

A very nice place with an amazing pool.

We had a very nice stay at the studio. Günther was very friendly and helpfull. The pool is amazing. Everything was perfect, no complaints at all. Just be aware that the studio you rent is part of the house of the owner.

Everything (house, pool, garden) was very clean and well maintained. Günther is the perfect host, friendly and unobtrusive but always available if you need help or information. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and last but not least, the view is wonderful. We went down to the seaside and back up again on foot, but for people who find the climb too steep, it's easy and cheap to take a taxi.

Loved this property!! Guenther is a superstar.nothing was too much trouble. He really goes above and beyond. Apartment was perfect, gorgeous pool and Sesimbra is very chilled, friendly with an amazing sandy beach.

Great

We had a very nice vacation in sesimbra with günther as a host. He is very helpful. The place had all what we needed and the pool is spot on! Yes it’s on a hill and after 4 days walking up and down with a 3 year old and no trolley we took taxi. It was about 3,5 euros to center of sesimbra. But the view is amazing and the bbq place is well worth it

Realmente maravilloso

La casa está situada en la parte alta de Sesimbra,alejada del bullicio del centro,por lo que se convierte en muy apta para poder descansar y estar en su piscina con total tranquilidad y valoramos mucho la intimidad que te proporciona el jardín con piscina y barbacoa de uso exclusivo. El proceso de entrada y posterior comunicación con Herr Hilt fue estupendo,todas las dudas o peticiones que le hicimos fueron inmediatamente resueltas. La casita es pequeña y fresquita pero tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una semana y más. Sin duda alguna volveremos el año que viene. Totalmente recomendable. Vielen Dank Herr Hilt,wir werden den nächsten Sommer auf jeden Fall wieder zu sehen.

Wir haben unsere Zeit bei Günther in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Unterkunft und der Gartenbereich sind top gepflegt, es fehlt an nichts und es lassen sich dort herrliche Tage verbringen. Günther kümmerte sich immer direkt, wenn es Probleme gab, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein und war auch für einen netten Plausch zu haben. Seine Labrador-Hündin Pipa begrüßte uns gleich am Tor und war zuckersüß. Ein Mietwagen, um die umliegenden Strände und Orte zu erkunden sowie Einkäufe zu erledigen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung von ganzem Herzen empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Günther ist ein ganz toller Gastgeber. Hat mir und meiner Nichte sogar eine kleine Tour mit den besten Tips in Sesimbra gegeben. Die Wohnung ist mega, vor allem der Pool mit Blick auf das Meer. Und es ist alles da was man braucht und sauber. Wir hatten ein Auto aber von der Wohnung aus kann man sogar runter zum Strand und an die Promenade laufen. Also wirklich tip-top. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder.

Cadre enchanteur et hôte très sympathique

Séjour tres agréable dans un jardin magnifique. La piscine est grande et très agréable. Gunter est un hôte charmant qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Il a même réparé notre valise abîmée à l aéroport ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.
