'Mini-Loft' in a Former Industrial Building in Kreuzberg

On the upper floor of a converted factory building lies this little studio flat with the atmosphere of a small loft. Separated from the main building by a green little courtyard, the flat is perfectly shielded from street noise. A comfortable queen-size bed, an open kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with a tub plus a storage room for extra luggage all structure its interior space and make for a cozy as well as spacious ambience.

Details:
Besides a large bed and a sofa chair that unfolds to a comfortable bed for a third person, the apartment offers a small dining table, three chairs, two easy chairs, a TV set and a portable radio with CD player. The open kitchen has a small dishwasher, two hotplates, a grill/microwave combination, a small fridge as well as a coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster; the bathroom a tub with shower curtain, a hand wash basin and a toilet.

Great stay!

We stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect for our stay. The hot water for the shower runs out pretty fast (not enough for 2 showers), but we made it work. The neighborhood was great! Great coffee within a 30 second walk. And easy to get around the city.

Nice stay

My sister and I enjoyed staying in this comfy studio in back building on a side str in Kreuzberg near the canal. It is quiet with a recent renovation, including nice bathroom and a closet with plenty of space. Note: It might not bother a city person, but a sleep-mask keeps out the automatic light that sometimes brighten the courtyard during the night.

Erst einmal, die Unterkunft war teurer als andere in der Gegend, also hatten wir hohe Erwartungen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von einem Mann begrüßt, der uns für eine 3-minütige Verspätung mehr berechnete, obwohl wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren – es wurde uns keine flexible Zeit eingeräumt. Dann mussten wir unsere Sachen selbst hochtragen, es gab keine Hilfe.Als wir ankamen, war der Platz entweder gar nicht gereinigt oder nur minimal. (Siehe angehängte Fotos.) Ich habe dann selbst eineinhalb Stunden sauber gemacht, bevor ich mich überhaupt traute, auszupacken – es lag noch Haare von den vorherigen Gästen herum. Der Heizkörper im Bad war auch kaputt. Zudem fühlten wir uns nicht wohl, dass die Person, die uns den Schlüssel gab und wahrscheinlich auch „reinigt“, während wir draußen waren, in die Wohnung kommen könnte.Der Besitzer war ebenfalls nicht erreichbar und reagierte erst, nachdem ich mich direkt an VRBO gewendet hatte. Alles in allem, für den Preis einer 5-Sterne-Unterkunft war es eher eine 2-Sterne-Erfahrung.

sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Alles hat gepasst - die Wohnung, die Umgebung - wir haben uns in der Wohnung und in der lebendigen Atmosphäre von Kreuzberg sehr wohl gefühlt was haben wir in der Wohnung vermisst: eine Schere, ein Teesieb und eine Zitronenpresse :-)

Kleines Studio mit Berlin Flair

Eine atypische Wohnung in mitten von Kreuzberg. Gelegen im Hinterhof eines Berliner Wohnhauses. Grüne Pflanzen zieren den Eingangsbereich und lassen die Wohnung schön im Hinterhof stehen. Auch die Wohnung kann sich zeigen lassen. Ein bequemes Bett für zwei, Küche und Bad sind ebenfalls vorhanden. On der Wohnung kommt man schnell an viele der beliebtesten Orte in Kreuzberg und bekommt somit schnell in den Flair der Umgebung. Kaffees, Bars und auch ein paar schicke Frühstücksspots sind nicht weit entfernt. Man kann die Location nur empfehlen.

Lovely flat at a great location

Our stay in Berlin was great. The flat was clean and looked after and at an excellent location. A variety of cooking utensils and staples were also available, which we appreciated. The attractions of Kreuzberg and Neukolln are within walking distance and there are plenty of transport links to take you to central Berlin. The communication with the host was easy and timely. We couldn’t ask for more, we’d definitively stay again.

Appartement parfait pour découvrir Berlin !

Cet appartement est très agréable, propre, lumineux, fonctionnel et très tranquille. Très bien situé, proche du métro. Le centre ville est vite accessible. Marc, Olivier ont été très disponibles et reactifs lors de la réservation. Connie nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse malgré notre arrivée tardive et nous a donné de très bons conseils. Merci à toute l'équipe. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir un jour. Ennio et Nathalie.

Great studio apartment

Lovely light studio in such a good surrounding area. So close to the river which we loved. A fan would have helped on hot days (34°!) But I guess it's not that hot very often! Thanks for having us.

Perfekte kreuzberger Kiez-Lage, verkehrsgünstig gelegen, aber ruhig, sehr nette Vermieterin, nette Mitbewohner im Haus, Küchenausstattung sehr einfach, falls man kochen möchte, ist aber eigentlich auch nicht nötig bei den vielen tollen und günstigen Auswärts-Ess-Möglichkeiten. Geschmackssache: Matratze ist ziemlich weich. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis eindeutig super.

Tolle, Lage, charmant eingerichtet, zweckmäßige Ausstattung

Sehr freundlich wurde ich trotz der Verspätung meines Zuges von Konny in Empfang genommen. Unkompliziert war also die Schlüsselübergabe. Von der Lausitzerstraße kann man schnell S-Bahnen erreichen, ist mitten drin im wunderbaren Kreuzberg und überall stehen Leihräder herum, die man unkompliziert verwenden kann. Die Wohnung liegt in einem charmanten und gepflegten Hinterhausgebäude. Sie ist hell, kann aber mit langen Vorhängen recht gut abgedunkelt werden. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Fijne rustige plek

Deze loft heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het ligt gelegen in een levendige wijk op een rustige veilige plek. De ontvangst was prima. Een klein minpuntje; er was geen ventilator terwijl het 30 graden plus was. We hebben het aangegeven dus ik hoop dat de eigenaar dit oppakt.
