You'll absolutely love this 2 bed / 2 bath newly renovated beachfront condo that includes: *Direct access to the powder white sand on Ft. Myers Beach * BRAND NEW Oceanfront heated pool and hot tub * Less than a mile to all of the shops and restaurants in Times Square * Fully stocked gourmet kitchen * Dedicated, free parking space included * Elevator for easy access to condo & beach. * Beach towels, and chairs provided * Fantastic views from the private balcony

The pool is newly opened! New pool, landscaping and loungers and tables complete your slice of paradise.

Peg's Paradise is great for families, or a couple looking to get away from it all!

Once your reservation is confirmed on VRBO, you will receive an email from the condo association's front office. This email will contain a registration form, and information on sending in your non-refundable registration free. That fee is $100 for a one week stay, and $150 for two weeks or more. This fee is not included in the VRBO rental price. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Ft Myers Beach 2022

We had never been to Fort Myers Beach and had a few questions. I called our host Bethany, she was very informative and answered our questions such as did we need car and gave great info on bars and restaurants. The property was located right on the beach and we had a great ocean view and an all around great time!!!

Sisters get away

Had a great time! Condo was just as described and the location was great. Close enough to walk to Time Square but just far enough to avoid the crowds if you feel like it. Check in process was so easy and communication with Property Manager was great! Beach chairs were in rough shape but we were able to rent them for the week from a local shop for extremely reasonable prices. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location.

Close enough to everything but out of the busiest areas. Enjoyed our stay especially the closeness to beach. Only drawback was towels had to be washed upon departure and laundry was not in unit.

Christmas Getaway

This place was fantastic. Great location, great view, and great people. We absolutely loved staying here. Everything was well kept, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the pool area was excellent. The Tuggles (property managers) were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

A little disappointed to be honest

1. The TV in the twin bed room was broken and didn't work 2. The ice maker was VERY slow if it worked at all 3. Temp had to be set at 74 (which was a little hot for us) saying it would freeze up if set lower, but on departure it's noted to set it on 70? 4. Cleaning services are charged in the price but we are responsible to wash the towels before we left to help out the cleaning services? We have never been expected to do that in any other condo we stayed. 5. The view was nice 6. At the time we stayed (just this past week) the building next to us is being worked on so the noise is a bit loud 7. There is only one key provided to the locked gate to get to the beach so if you have a group that goes to the beach at different times you have to walk around to the community entrance. At least 2 keys should be provided 8. The pictures need updating as the furniture in the living room has changed. 9. The shower head was broken the first day we were there but got fixed the next day. We appreciated that 10. Plenty of dishes, games, books were provided in the room

Perfect All Around!

Peg’s Paradise was exactly what my little family needed after a year of living the pandemic. The condo was updated and had everything you could ask for and more. Communication with the owners and management was easy and check and out was efficient. Highly recommend this place for your R&R away from home.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay

This place was very nice, the view from the deck was perfect and the corner condo was quiet. Two beds and baths made it perfect for two couples. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals. We enjoyed playing games at the round table. There were plenty of towels and amenities. We loved the deck and the heated pool. The beach was not crowded at all and we loved walking on the sand bar. Communication with the owner and staff at the club was good, all questions were answered promptly. We would love to come again, thanks for providing an awesome place for our vacation.

Fall vacation

The property and grounds are well taken care of. The location is great, close enough to walk to the busy pat but far enough away that it is quite and less traffic. The unit was very nice and had a direct view of the pool and ocean from the lanai. The unit was very clean beds were very comfortable and we had no issues. I would highly recommend this place. Owner was very reachable for any questions I had and responded immediately. I hope I get the chance to return.

I manage the property for my mother and father in law, Peggy and Jim. They purchased this property in 1999, and I have been lucky enough to be a frequent visitor myself since 2009. Our son's first dip in the ocean was on the sugar-sand beaches on FMB.

I am a former public relations executive who decided to leave corporate America and launch a real estate company with my partner (and Peggy's son), Casey. Together we have over 12 properties and growing, including a Tiny House that Casey built himself. We love hosting our properties, and pride ourselves on giving each and every guest a delightful, relaxing experience.

It takes you exactly 5 seconds to fall in love with Peg's Paradise. From the moment you walk in you are surrounded by amazing views of the Gulf. The location is perfect, too. Close enough to everything you could ever need, yet your beach never gets too crowded.

The pool being on the beach is something you will never tire of. Not only can you float in the pool and enjoy the ocean views, but it is the perfect spot to grab a lounge chair and enjoy one of FMB's signature sunsets.
