It was my wife and I. Perfect space for us. We loved the views. They were better than advertised. Clean easy in and out, some supplies for cooking and beach chairs were a must! Awesome time thank you Richard.

Rick is very responsive and the place is immaculate. They provide everything you need to enjoy the beach. This is an efficiency that is perfectly laid out and maximizes the space. We will be back for year 3 in the same unit.

The location is great, shade in the morning, great sunsets in the pm. Unit well stocked, nicely decorated, mattress comfortable. Top floor made it very quiet.

Condo was very well stocked and clean. Really appreciated the updates and decor. Had everything we needed. The view was amazing. I have stayed at EBTC several times, best unit I’ve rented. Richard is a first class host.

Very well appointed condo

This condo was terrific for our 4 week stay. The kitchen is well appointed, as we ate breakfast in everyday and used the grills for most dinners. We would recommended this condo for short and long term rentals.

Estero Beach and Tennis Club

The grounds are very well maintained and the unit we stayed in was fantastic! Our host Rick was super responsive. Owners have very tastefully decorated and have left everything a guest could want. Will definitely do this again.

Family vacation

Property is absolutely gorgeous. The location is perfect. Glad you’re back up and running after the hurricane ,pool was in beautiful shape. The lobby and check-in was flawless. The wife and I had a fantastic time. We would definitely come back to stay. fourth of July fireworks from Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and surrounding amateurs were absolutely fantastic.GREAT property in my opinion.

Penthouse with million dollar view!!!

The Penthouse is small but beautiful, perfect for a couple! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The owner was a pleasure to work with and ensured that the condo was fully prepared for our stay. Great condo and the price is reasonable.

We absolutely loved the Penthouse! It was perfect with gorgeous sunsets too. We would definitely rent Rick’s Penthouse again. He was a very good host and made sure we were happy with our stay! Can’t wait to come back! Larry and Nancy

Perfect getaway to the beach!

I love when a vacation goes exactly as expected, and that’s how I’d characterize this experience! The condo was right on the beach, very clean, great gulf views, and beach necessities included (chairs, umbrella, cooler, noodles, etc). Happy to see Fort Myers coming back strong after the 2022 hurricane!,

Awesome Views

Listing is exactly as described. Beautiful sunrises and amazing sunsets, well stocked kitchen and a closet full of beach gear. We truly appreciate that the owner supplies dish detergent, soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags among other kitchen items.

Beautiful Ocean View

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view. We would sit on the balcony in the morning to read the Bible and pray together. The vastness of the ocean reminds us of the wisdom and majesty of the Lord.We highly recommend this unit.Great host. Thank you Rick!

Peaceful and Relaxing

This was our first time going to Fort. Myers beach, and the condo and the views we're awesome. The owner is very responsive if you have any questions. The condo is nice and clean and had anything you would need. Also, there's a closet filled with some beach chairs, umbrella and other stuff that you could use while being out on the beach. We will definitely be coming back down for our next vacation!

Estero Beach and Tennis

When we arrived at the condo, it was perfect. Fantastic views from the balcony. You can catch the sunset over the ocean with a direct view and from the other end of the balcony. You can catch the sunrise over the bay. The property (grounds) in general, while still in recovery mode, had recovered from the hurricanes quite nicely. Overall, great property would highly recommend.
