✔ Private Airport Transfer Available – A hassle-free meet-and-greet service is available at an extra cost (booking required at least 48 hours in advance).
• The key collection is from 10 Hobson Street, Quinovic office ground floor.
Outside office hours key collection can be done from lockboxes.
• Please load the dishwasher and turn set it to run on check out.
• Please throw your own rubbish. Thank you!
• Body Corp does not allow clothes to be visible from outside while you are drying them.

• We can arrange private car transfer/meet/greet service for you with an extra cost. With this hassle-free service, the driver will pick up the key in advance, meet you at the airport, and drop you off directly at the apartment door. Please book at least 48 hours in advance.
Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. The bond is $600.
If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.
We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of other occupants in the complex.
