Welcome to Burnt Store Marina! We are a gated community in Southwest coastal Florida (https://bsm22.org). Our 1bd/1ba waterfront 3rd fl unit has been recently refurbished. Take the elevator with your luggage. Sit on your private balcony and watch boats as they enter the south basin or docking for lunch.
You are just a few steps from Cass Cay restaurant where they offer inside and outside dinning, and from The Trading Post, perfect for breakfast, lunch and take out pizzas and salads. There is also a farmer’s market on the parking lot every Friday morning.
If you are headed out on a boat or renting a kayak, the ship store is just across the parking lot. For up to date information about Burnt Store Marina check out the activities calendar or the Beacon Newsletter (https://bsm22.org/the-beacon/). Golf, fitness center, pickleball and tennis are available in Burnt Store Marina (check the website for more infos).
For those looking for some serious early summer fishing, Boca Grande is only 20 mins due west of us by boat and was named 2017 "World's Top 12 Tarpon Destinations" as reported by NewSportFishing.com and in 2019 by SaltwaterSportsMan.com. Our marina has a number of captains available for charter specializing in tarpon fishing. So if you are considering hooking into a Silver King this year check our calendar and book early.
Very close to Punta Gorda, Pine Island and wonderful quirky Matlacha, with gorgeous waterfront.
If you want a lovely view, peaceful and confortable condo with no noise above you, this is the place. Hope to see you soon!

Christmas stay

The property was very clean and nicely updated from the appliances to the crown molding. First time staying in building1 after several stays in building 2. The lanai over looking marina was our favorite place for coffee and watching the boats.

Great Condo

This condo was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The view is as described, we even got to see a dolphin one afternoon! Pool was warm, about 85 degrees every day. There is also a community grill so you can barbeque if you like. We thoughly enjoyed our stay.

Very Relaxing

This condo is just as described. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with paper products, K-cups, towels, extra sheets, kitchen supplies, etc. He even gave us a bottle of wine! The TV has a nice selection of channels. The pool was heated and the area was clean. The owner is very responsive to communication and allowed us to check-in early as we were already in the area staying with family. The Burnt Store Marina community is massive! There are endless places to walk and the views are amazing! There is a nice walkway on the opposite side of the marina that goes along a canal and then to another part of the marina. I enjoyed looking at all the different boats. There is a restaurant just steps away from the condo and the food was excellent. There is also live music there most nights which requires a cover charge. There is a fitness center within walking distance but requires a fee to access it. I bought a $15 daily pass the first day but just walked in the rest of the times that I was there. There is a Dollar General within half a block of the main entrance that has a very good selection of groceries and supplies. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. I prefer a firm mattress and the one in the condo was very soft. Also, the pull-out couch is well-worn and not very comfortable to sit on if you want to watch a movie. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Burnt Store Marina.

Christmas get away

Absolutely loved the location and condo. We enjoyed watching the boats coming and going. The restaurant which had weekend music was great. We could sit on the patio & listen or walk over & join the fun.

Everything you’d want!

Terrific, clean, well appointed & stocked condo with an elevator.There’s a beautiful view of the marina. Plenty to see while working. Everything was great! We appreciated the luggage cart, extra hangers, beach towels. So many little things that add up to an impeccable stay. There’s a restaurant next door. So convenient for a quick drink. The pool was also clean & the residents very nice

Did not disappoint

The condo was cozy and very equipped with anything we needed. The view out the lanai was amazing. Thank you for the bottle of wine!! Nice touch. We were extremely happy!! One suggestion would be to replace the mattress. That’s all I got. Lovely place!!

Nice little condo

We were in FL to visit family. The little condo was nice, clean, a good size for just the two of us. We were able to use the kitchen for breakfasts so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. The living room furniture was quite uncomfortable though, for trying to relax in the evenings.

Little Slice of Heaven

Our experience was excellent. Our unit was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view overlooking the Marina is the best! My two comments both have to do with the bedroom. The bedroom needs some drapes to make it darker. Also the mattress had quite obvious indentations on both sides. The keel club owners/renters were all very nice. We had a great time and hope to return.

great place

This condo was in a wonderful community. You could enjoy all the pickle ball and tennis courts for a daily or monthly charge. There is also a nearby golf course to enjoy. Pool was great and spent much of our time there. It was nIce to watch the activity of the marina from the balcony. Restaurant was hub for entertainment. Would return here in the future.

Relaxing getaway

The condo was clean and well equipped having a calming and beautiful view. With the restaurant right next door, we ordered delicious takeout and ate at the condo on the enclosed balcony. Highly recommend!

Not a vacation

I stayed at this property since I was displaced by hurricane Ian. It was practical at first but ended up being too far from my home. I needed to go back and forth with house and yard cleaning.it would be more appropriate for people on vacation.

Relaxing stay

Our second time staying in this cute condo, which has everything you need, except No-See-Ums repellent! No joke, even in December! So nice being steps away from Cass Cay and The Trading Post. We enjoyed wonderful meals at both as well as the live music. People in the BSM community are so warm and welcoming, booking was simple.

Home away from Home

This was a home away from home. Everything was so clean and lacked for nothing. The view of the marina was so peaceful. I loved having the bar and restaurant next door. It made this work trip enjoyable!
