Relax and unwind in this 2,000 sq ft vacation-style home in the heart of Brampton. Enjoy a private 4.5-ft-deep pool (open May to September) perfect for family fun, along with plenty of lawn chairs and a cozy firepit for warm spring and summer evenings.
Everything is on one level—no stairs—featuring three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and private parking. Minutes from downtown Brampton and local restaurants, this retreat offers comfort, convenience for lasting memories.
-ZERO TOLERANCE for parties and loud music, this is respectable and connected community we ask you to be mindful of the neighbors
-Limited parking only 4 cars allowed on property, no overnight street parking allowed
-According to fire and safety regulations this house has a house limit of 8 people after 11pm all visitors must vacate the premises.
-No smoking or pets inside the house
-Quiet hours are from 10pm – 9am
-Check in is after 4pm early check in can only be confirmed on the day of arrival.
-Check out is 11am. Late check out can only be confirmed by 9pm on the night before departure.
-Depending on the dates of your stay you may be required to put out or bring in garbage bins
-Please do not move furniture to prevent property damage.
