The Space:
Relax in a spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen memory foam gel bed and plenty of closet space. The living area features a snug couch and smart TV—perfect for streaming movies or relaxing after exploring downtown Montreal.

High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment is ideal for remote work or staying connected.

The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances including a microwave, glass stove top, oven, and dishwasher. Kitchen utensils and dinnerware are provided, along with a coffee station stocked with coffee, tea, and more.

An in-suite washer and dryer with detergent included makes laundry easy, and personal hygiene essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided.

Guest Access:
Centrally located near shopping, dining, and Montreal attractions, with two metro stations within an 8-minute walk for easy access to the city.

The property location made it easy to get around town and having a parking space saved on public parking as well as nice safe way to come and go. There is a nice view of city but also very quite part of town and the building as well was very quite. Good space for two people!

Prime location, amazing view, pet friendly. The indoor garage is a super plus(be aware that the parking space is tight). A snow boots tray at the entrance would help avoid some dirt.

My wife and I spent NYE in Montreal and this apartment was fantastic. The parking was very nice to have for the cold temps and winter weather and the apartment was comfortable and had nice ammenities. The host is very responsive and easy to communicated with on any logistics or issues.

The area was beautiful! The apartment was on the 19th floor, and it overlooked a stunning part of the city at night! Everything was so easy to set up, and the owners were really attentive! Always there for you if you have any issues! Parking was effortless as well!

Wonderful location and the host was on top of everything. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The only thing keeping this from being a five star was the towel situation. Only two bath towels. No hand towels and no wash cloths as well as no dish towel. I know it’s a small thing but it winds up being very inconvenient when you have two people. They said there were only two towels but the inconvenience of not having a hand towel and wash cloths brings it down. Location was great and off street parking was a plus. 10/10 would book it again but put some towels in the unit!

Listing, welcome message, and pics specifically said/showed coffee furnished. It wasn’t. We would have brought our own if we had known, and it sucked to have to go out first thing in the morning in the bitter cold to get some. When we messaged host about it, he didn’t specifically address it, just gave us restaurant and shop recommendations. We knew they didn’t provide washcloths or hand towels, but thought it was weird not to have a top sheet. Other than that, place was beautiful, great location, and host was extremely helpful with directions and check in instructions.
