NEW! Seven Springs Sunridge 1 BR Condo, Ski-In/Out
Sunridge Q1 has SEVEN steps in, is MULTI LEVEL, has INTERNET ACCESS, and is
PET FRIENDLY. It's rated as a DELUXE unit and SLEEPS FOUR. FOURTEEN steps up
from the entry foyer, you'll find the LIVING ROOM with a FLAT SCREEN TV and a
SLEEPER SOFA/QUEEN. THE WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE.
There's a fully functional KITCHEN, and the DINING ROOM seats FOUR. The
bedroom offers a QUEEN bed, a TV, and ONE FULL BATH. Sunridge is conveniently
located on the mountain in the Villages community. In the summer, you can
relax on the deck with a grand view of the mountains. There is NO GAS GRILL
available. This unit is SKI IN/SKI OUT with ON TRAIL ACCESS (WEATHER
PERMITTING). SHUTTLE service is also available. Parking is guaranteed for one
car per unit, possibly two cars, depending on location. However, there is
plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the communities. This unit
DOES have access to the community pool.

new heights on our rock wall. For those looking for a restful escape year-

the quality standards in our condo/townhome rentals and provide our guests
with accommodations that meet or exceed their expectations, please consider
the following descriptions when booking your rental home.
**-**_P_ _REMIER _The ultimate in comfort and style with personalized
attention to guest expectations. The accommodations offer refined design,
quality, and physical attributes and amenities. These well-appointed homes
offer an upscale sense of comfort and character.
**-**_DELUXE _The accommodations offer customary quality and physical
attributes and amenities. They feature various amenities, comfort, and updated
decor.
**-**_STANDARD _The accommodations are comfortable, clean, and pleasant with
modest enhancements minus the frills. This is the perfect match for the more
economically minded guest.
During check-in, we may ask for a valid credit card for incidentals or room
charges. Please let us know in advance if this is an issue.
Remote check-in is an option. Please call our hotel front desk to provide a
credit card for incidentals & sign your paperwork no less than 24 hours prior
to your arrival to avoid checking in at the hotel front desk. More
instructions will be sent in your pre-arrival information.
