Although the Confluence River had just flooded two days before which made getting to the property a bit challenging, it was worth it! The cabin was clean and well appointed, and the back porch/patio was a lovely place for our happy hour! We also had a roaring fire at the fire pit area (we brought our own wood and camping chairs as the wooden benches were a bit rotted). The kitchen was very well stocked and all the linens and towels were of good quality. We would definitely come back again!

Great Cabin

The cabin was clean, very well stocked with just about everything you would need, the back yard and fire pit are also a nice feature, the hosts were very responsive and kind. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

Perfect long weekend

The cabin was very close to OhioPyle which we appreciated. Also appreciated we were able to take our dogs to this location. The cabin was clean, well stocked and comfortable.

My husband, college-age daughter and I enjoyed a week at this cabin. It was well-suited for 3 adults. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and little details, like hooks for coats and hooks in the bathroom for towels, were provided. Love having an on-site washer/dryer. The wifi was iffy, so if you need a great connection, be aware that you may have issues. The location is private, but with easy access to area activities. We saw deer and turkeys most days. This would be a fun location for a family with a couple of kids. There is a "sister cabin" next door, giving the option of two families being able to vacation together while still having their own space. Donna was fabulous at communication. She contacted us prior to our trip to let us know of road closures in the area, and gave options for an alternate route. This was a two thumbs-up experience.

A perfect cabin in the woods

Close to a major trailhead and only minutes away from Franklin Llyod Wright houses, this cabin has some very cool features. We loved the wood furniture and tranquility.

We came to the area to see Fallingwater. This property was located very close. It was clean. We enjoyed the back deck in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped.We appreciate that this property is dog friendly. However, when the house is closed up for several hours (say,overnight), you smell a lot of dog. The smell abated when you opened the front and back doors. The problem could be something as simple as bed and couch coverings getting a thorough cleaning. And maybe even the area rugs.Overall, this place suited our needs. We recommend it.

Quiet, clean cabin

This was a very nice, clean, and cozy cabin. It backed up to a thickly wooded area and was very quiet. We enjoyed the full kitchen and having a washer/dryer in the basement. We would stay here again.

Relaxing

This property was very clean and truly had everything we needed and more.. we had one fire at night wood was clean and dry. Loved the log beds and very comfortable. Would recommend and stay there in future. I love that they keep this cabin affordable.

This was a beautiful cabin; very clean, more spacious than I expected, and fully equipped with everything one could need. Having stayed at many such rentals over the years, I would rate this home as among the most comfortable and well organized I have found.Lots to do nearby, but a great place to come back to after a busy day, for grilling and a campfire in the big back yard.Communication with the owners was excellent. Would definitely stay again if travel takes me to this area.

Cabin near Ohiopyle

It was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Good location for hiking around Ohiopyle State Park. The cabin is right on the road which is not apparent from the pictures or in the description.

great complement to Fallingwater visit

The cabin is well equipped and comfortable for adults over 16. We worried that the cabin is pretty close to the road for our dog and if we had a little kid with us that could of been more stressful. It is easy to get to Ohio pyle and all the activities in the area. We appreciated that the cabin was very clean and enjoyed the quiet and board games provided.
