Located in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls, The Loft on Phillips is your opportunity to enjoy the urban vibe that distinguishes downtown Sioux Falls from any other place in the state. If you are coming to town for business or want to enjoy a weekend getaway, The Loft on Phillips is a perfect solution for you.

Downtown Sioux Falls features a variety of unique shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities, and many attractions and events providing something for everyone to enjoy year-round.

The Loft on Phillips features 1,400 square feet of newly remodeled interior, private, and secure living space which includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen, dining room, and a spacious living area with state-of-the-art sound system, 75” LED Smart TV, and gas fireplace. The interior living space is strategically located and designed to provide a private, and comfortable atmosphere from the streetscape.

In addition to the beautiful modern interior, The Loft on Phillips also has the largest outdoor private patio in downtown Sioux Falls with over 1,500 square feet of entertaining space overlooking historic Phillips Avenue. The patio is complete with two outdoor gas firepits, gas BBQ grill, dining table and patio furniture to seat ten people.

$500 Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of checkout date assuming no damage or extra cleaning. 

Important NOTE: Entry info will be emailed directly to guests 7 days prior to arrival assuming the rental agreement has been completed.  If it hasn't been completed 7 days prior to arrival, entry info will be emailed as soon as it's submitted. 

There is no hot tub at this property.

This place is so cool. Great location and you cannot beat the rooftop. Rooms were clean and met expectations. Parking isn’t terrible but would be nice to get a free spot. I would LOVE to stay again!

Location, Location, Location

The loft was perfectly located to take advantage of all the downtown area of Sioux Falls has to offer including places to eat, shopping, and more. The outdoor space is amazing although it was cool and we chose to stay indoors mostly. We look forward to staying in the future when we can tak advantage of the rooftop patio!

Amazing!

We rented this property to get ready for a wedding. The girls did hair and make up and have a breakfast. There was perfect! The newlyweds stayed there the first two nights of their marriage. It worked out perfectly. We will definitely rent this place again!

Lovely time seeing Luke Carlsen with SDSO

The kitchen disposal was not working which was a nuisance but I told the property manager so the next guest would not experience that. Comfy beds. No snow removed on deck.

Great Little Loft

Very clean and cozy. Lots of steps to get up to loft space. They were no problem for us but may effect others. Amazing outdoor space that would be fun in warmer weather stays! Close to everything downtown; short walk to shopping and great restaurants! One complaint and that is if you are a light sleeper, the master bedroom is on the same side of the loft as a bar which is across the street and turns up around 11pm til 2AM. You can hear music through the walls as well as some street noise. We were not excessively bothered by the noise but again, others may not appreciate. Nothing owners can do about this and overall it is a great little loft!

Gorgeous property with all the amenities for a short or extended stay.

This property is absolutely gorgeous, right in the middle of downtown Sioux Falls shopping, eateries and businesses. The furnishings are comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The kitchen and bar area are fully stocked with top brand appliances and just about anything you would need during your stay. The rooftop patio is good sized and offers lovely views of downtown. My only complaints would be the cleaning requirements prior to check out. If I wasn’t paying a cleaning fee, I’d have no problem with doing a load of laundry (requested, not required), taking out the trash, etc. but I think the cleaning fee could cover these things. Also, for the daily rate, a 10 am checkout seems too early, but your property, your rules. We loved the loft and would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Sioux Falls.

Great for family with teenagers

Thursday-Sunday stay for weekend wedding in Sioux Falls. Family with two high school age boys. First let me say. I would without a doubt stay here again if in Sioux Falls. Place is super nice with modern upgrades but keeps that old school historical vibe. Only parking is a parking garage behind the unit but it’s close and reasonable price. Upstairs king is a loft with skylights so it does get bright when the sun comes up. Didn’t affect the teenagers much. Downstairs bedroom is cozy and dark, great for sleeping in. Outdoor patio is probably the coolest extra feature I have seen on Vrbo, very nice turf and decking multiple seating areas. It rained most the time we were there so only got to have afternoon coffee outside once. Over looked busy downtown district. Private locked entry with two locked doors so feels very secure. It is worth mentioning that you have to walk upstairs from the street level to get to bottom level, then upstairs again to get to the loft/terrace level. If you are elderly or have trouble with stairs this unit would be a major challenge. If you don’t mind stairs, it’s an incredible find! I would recommend staying here for sure.

Perfect Stay/Exceeded Expectations

We really enjoyed our stay at the loft. The location is perfect. It is very well furnished and comfortable and was spotless/in excellent condition. The photos don’t to the upstairs patio justice, it is huge with multiple seating areas and fire pits overlooking the city. The host also graciously provided an early check-in when we arrived to SF at 1PM.

Much more than I expected!

This location is in the heart of the downtown and has everything you'd expect and more! Yes, the place is clean, orderly, and has the essentials, but it also has a great living room, kitchen, dinning area, and an incredible roof top area! The sounds and lights of the city are all around you as you enjoy a little fire and chat with firends or family.

Location! Location!

This location is accessible to restaurants , shopping, walking trails. The loft was spacious and clean for the three of us. We stayed here for a wedding and it worked out wonderful. We sat on the deck in the mornings and one evening for a bit. This place is a great spot!

Phillips Condo

It would be most helpful if the stairs were mentioned in the description. Both of us were over 70 and although able to do stairs, it was a surprise. Also explain the paid daytime parking in the public lot which costs $1.50/hour. Condo was beautiful and had everything a traveler would need. Very quiet. I’m sure the deck area would be great but weather prevented us from using. Very nice accommodation!

Beautiful place with an amazing location!

Such an awesome place and location. I would highly recommend it for any group looking to enjoy all the downtown Sioux Falls has to offer. The place was very clean, great beds, all the amenities you would need, and the rooftop patio is incredible. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and downtown attractions. We are already looking forward to coming back!
