Welcome to your spacious retreat! Enter into a bright living room featuring a comfortable sofa bed, seamlessly connecting to a charming dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The expansive master bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite with a two-person hot tub, while a cozy guest bedroom with a queen bed and an additional bunk room with two sets of bunk beds provide ample sleeping arrangements. Enjoy the versatile four-season room, perfect for dining and relaxation. Step outside to a stunning 18x36 heated pool (available from May through October), surrounded by inviting outdoor furniture—ideal for sunny afternoons and evening gatherings.

Great location for a wedding in Tea and a reception at Blue Haven! Perfect size for our group and the beds were comfortable!

This was a perfect little get away. The pool area is lovely with several inflatables and floaties and toys as well is lots of seating. Overall everything was just great. Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, the pool was fantastic, and the location was great—quiet and private. Bryan was an excellent host, and communication was easy and consistent throughout our visit. We’re from Canada and loved our time in the States, especially in beautiful Sioux Falls. We'll be back!

This was a fantastic place to rent for our family to gather and spend time together. Our adult kids and grandkids really enjoyed the pool and it was close to everything we needed. Great communication with the host. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The backyard was especially peaceful—we loved watching all the birds and enjoying the quiet surroundings. Check-in and check-out were both easy and seamless, and Bryan was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Everything made for a relaxing, stress-free getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

The host was absolutely wonderful, very accommodating. This place is very kid friendly, warm and inviting. I would highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Sioux Falls.

This house and property were absolutely perfect! House is beautiful and even better in person than the listing. The pool was clean and well kept. The temperature of the water was great. There were 11 of us staying in the home and it never felt crowded! 20/10 would stay here again!!

This was a perfect place for our family. Great location, easy to get to all our events going on. Very spacious, kitchen had everything we needed and the host was very awesome to work with! Pool was a great hit. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you, Brian. The bread and eggs were a bonus!

Pictures don't do this place justice ! What an amazing place. Very private on 4 acres surrounded by corn fields. Pool is so nice and clean. Really like the step out design around edges very unique. We stay all over the USA and many homes this is up at the very top. Price was great. Hosts were very responsive. 2 minutes from everything you need but feels like out in the country. Zero mosquitos as well ! Only regret is having to leave. Plenty of beds and space for big groups.
