Great water front home on Cherokee lake offering 28,000 acres of lake and 400 miles of shoreline. We are next to a Marina with great rental rates of half day on Pontoon Boat for $150 plus gas. Home features huge living room and spacious and large kitchen. 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths.

Bring your own boat and rent a slip for $10 a day.

Outdoor pool open May to September

We are only 49 miles from Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg and all that the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer

Excellent Location

Well-appointed condo in a beautiful location. The place was clean and we really appreciated each bedroom having its own bathroom. Highly recommend!

Family Christmas

Your condo was the perfect fit for our family. The wide open running space for the grandson's. Only issue we had was getting the gate code to work, had to put the code in many times for it to open.

More than once

We have stayed here more than once. It is a great place. First floor, great view of the lake and mountains. It is clean and has everything you need. Bedroom are a good size given space to move around. Outside deck allow lovely view.

Quick Visit

We had a very quick visit to Tennessee for funeral. We were appreciative of the first floor unit for a quick in and out of our luggage. View is great. Front two bedrooms had very comfortable view. Would love to stay in the summer when the pool is open and to enjoy the lake.

Beautiful Place

Great place, loved having a master bath for each room. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful view. No steps yay! The condos are right by a road and can be noisy. No hairdryer or bar soap or shampoo provided. And I don’t think the bathrooms had hand towels Not a big deal, we just used our bath towel. Missing several ceiling fan chains, So it’s a little challenging to Turn on lights or fan, If you just want one or the other. We got there, October 2 And the pool was closed. Would definitely go again, nice place. No hot tub or whirlpool.

Very nice condo with a beautiful view. Kitchen had the most useful stuff I’ve ever had at a VRBO.

Beautiful view

The condo was great, the lake view is spectacular, you have to eat at Cooks Boathouse Restaurant so good, the pool area was clean. The HOA had roofing going on which caused some issues but the property and views were great. The beds were very comfortable, master bedroom shower door is right in the stream but you have very hot water. Had some conversations with the owner to work out some issues due to the roofing issues, mess & noise. He replied quickly & tried to resolve the issue at hand.

Peace and quiet

This place was very welcoming with beautiful views of Cherokee Lake. Very spacious and comfortable. Close to Marina and great rates on pontoon rentals. It was a very peacful experience.

A Week Off at a Great Place

The place is in a great location on the lake with a great Lake view. A full kitchen and three great bedrooms with baths. It was very clean. If given the chance, will stay there again.

Great Place to Stay

This was our second time staying at this condo. Both of our stays have been great! The view from the balcony is awesome even though the lake has been down on both of our visits. The condo is on the first floor which makes it easy to load and unload. The unit is also very quiet which makes for a great night’s sleep. The condo is also well stocked with starter supplies and Dollar General is close by if you need to pickup anything. The owners are great hosts and they are quick to respond to any questions. The condo was clean and comfortable for both of our visits and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. We have enjoyed both of our stays and we will definitely be back!!!

The views were amazing!

Loved this condo. VERY spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable. Great night's sleep with the water in the background. I would definitely stay here again.

perfect place for the area

We needed a place for just two nights near Rogersville, so we could have a base while visiting friends and family who live nearby. This condo met all of our needs. It is very spacious and well-stocked (except don't forget to bring your own shampoo). There is a lovely view of the lake from several balconies.

Pleasant

We had an enjoyable, pleasant extended stay. Plenty of space in the kitchen to cook meals, all the while chitter chatting with everyone. The spacious rooms with private baths are a nice feature. The lake view is lovely. A comfortable stay was had by all. Bob was a wonderful host. We recommend his condo to anyone looking for a hassle free stay on the lake.

Awesome place so beautiful, only comment I have is all the other Vrbo’s i have stayed at and any hotels, they have shampoo, conditioners, and body soap, also hair dryer, host gave me a heads up so I bought mine, not always easy when flying with carry on bags Very comfortable home
