We love everything about this property. One of our favorite activities is watching the sunset over Castle Rock, as well as watching the morning sun catch its face, and the new fire table on the back deck enhances the experience. We'll be back!

It was just perfect and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Clean, business & dog friendly, and the host was super friendly & responsive! If we are in the area again we’ll be back!

The location was amazing in a beautiful setting! Sean, our host, was extremely responsive from the moment we booked until the time we left. Any questions we had were addressed immediately. We loved that there were 3 en suite bathrooms, plus an extra half bath on the main floor. The oversized garage can easily accommodate 2 large vehicles, plus more. We saw a family of moose come through twice daily for 4 of the 7 days we were there, which was amazing! There is a clear game trail along a stream right behind the property that they traveled. This home is great for both families and couples traveling together. Perfect base camp for a ski trip, or sightseeing in the San Juans! With plenty of room for gear in the garage. Also worth mentioning is that we were able to order groceries to be delivered one of the days from the local Durango City Market. Wifi was great too. I was on a working vacation, so this is very appreciated. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

5 stars - Highly recommend staying here, and will book again on our next visit. The home is extremely clean, and the layout and build quality is great. Cant express enough how clean the home was...Had all we needed to stay 5 days. Tucked 8 minutes off 550 in the trees, the location is perfect sitting right between Silverton and Durango. Thank you and well done Sean.

This house was a great fit for our family. The kids loved the openness and the outdoor space. The only thing missing that I never located was a cutting board. The proximity to Purgatory ski resort was superior!

We love staying at this home. It's our second time and won't be our last and in fact, have referred some of our friends that have booked for later this year. Sean is THE BEST host and we consider him a friend! He'll pull out all the stops to ensure his guests have a fantastic stay. The house is so well appointed you won't need to bring a thing. The views are gorgeous, the home is so warm and inviting and the beds are fantastic. We love this little slice of heaven in the mountains!

Fabulous cabin

Our stay was wonderful. Very clean with all the amenities. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen items, seating and open feel. Host was welcoming. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay!

The property was super clean and very nice. Lots of room for hanging out! Very convenient to many outdoor adventures and not that far from Durango. Bedrooms and bathrooms all very nice. Has all the amenities. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
