Perfect Family retreat! mins to Canaan and Timberline ski resorts. This Charming Mountain Tree house with 5BR ( 1 room is a loft) sleeps up to 12 people. The loft ( 4th level) has all glass windows with a nice view , can be use as another bedroom or a lounge. Open Living and kitchen area w/ floor to ceiling stone fireplace (lots of natural lights) and large deck with a hot tub and dining table, all in gorgeous setting. 3 BR on the first floor door open to the deck, very private.
This cozy home will take your family to some wonderful adventures : skiing (Timberline and Canaan Valley), WiFi, fire pit, hey google, swimming at the waterfalls/ Rivers, amazing hike to some breathtaking overlook, mountain bike, horseback riding, dolly sods wilderness, fishing, explore the beautiful town of Davis and Thomas, Zip line and Rock climbing, kayaking, water tubing, white water rafting, and it’s a 4 season destination to WV wild and wonderful! This is the perfect family destination!

Grace was an exceptional host AND, very accommodating! Her communication skills are second to none! There are so many places of interest in this area along with hiking trails everywhere. Our favorite though was the Blackwater falls wv state park.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin had a beautiful mountain view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and felt very comfortable and welcoming.The host was very nice, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we had a question. We really appreciated how easy the communication was.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this cabin to other travelers!

Everything about this property was wonderful. It’s a super cute home, fully stocked, and secluded. The driveway to the treehouse was a little scary but that was because it had rained for days before we got there. We had ages from 3-83 and everyone enjoyed the space. The host is super attentive and responded back to me immediately for any questions I had.

Host was available with a helpful response to any questions!Space was clean, neat, tidy! We especially loved the fireplace.
Beautiful sunrises and view from back deck
Count on snow and difficult travel up the mountain without snow chains or 4 wheel drive in winter!

The host was very considerate and prompt in answering all our questions before and during our stay. We were well informed on what items were included and the layout of the bedrooms. The weekend was a little bit of a challenge with the snow, high winds and extreme cold temps but the view from the great room/dining area was stunning and it was cozy and warm with the fire going . Great place to have a family vacation!

We rented out this cabin for a nice relaxing weekend away with my friends and family. It was super cozy and comfortably fit the nine of us who stayed. The host was also very friendly and easy to get ahold of. I loved every second of being here and I would definitely recommend to everyone who will listen!

Fantastic location

Was a great place with lots of household supplies, the owners responded quickly to questions. Very cozy and a spot that was close to many hiking trails.

Great location

Our friends of 4 families stayed over the weekend, it was clean and comfortable, loved the cabin in the woods. Thank Grace, we will rent again.

Awesome location

Loved staying at this property - perfect for our two families with 4 adults, 6 kids and our dog. Nice patio to relax on in the evening, cozy living room space, we cooked in several meals. Close to a cute little town with good food/live music/ice cream and then all the hiking you could want. And the host was incredibly responsive.
