Perfect long weekend

House was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Having access to dedicated parking at the boardwalk and the beach chair/umbrella setup service was super convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and property!

Wonderful location in the heart of OCNJ, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautiful home with many amenities. Host was wonderful!

Great house near boardwalk and beach.

We really enjoyed our first stay in Ocean City. Loved the location of the house, close to the Boardwalk and Boardwalk beaches as well as great bakeries and cafes on Asbury for great takeout. House was very comfortable, great for 2 families or 8 people and and especially loved the front porch!

Weekend Getaway

The house was very well kept and perfect for a group of 8 of us staying! The homeowner was very kind and even left us a goodie bag when we first arrived!

Exactly why the property offers

Great location, clean, responsive owners, near a park for kids, parking at boardwalk was awesome and having umbrella and 4 chairs was really awesome too, I would stay again!

Beautiful rental

I am a single dad and this property was just amazing for me and my boys! Jody is fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend any of his properties. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation home, I am looking forward to staying there again.

Beautiful home

Amazing air conditioning, wonderful mattresses, great location - walk to everything. Mallon’s on the corner for breakfast is so convenient . The man cave was a bonus!

Very nice house

The house was set up perfectly for our family. The children loved the game room and enjoyed the playground a block away.

Relaxing beach retreat

Our family really enjoyed the house and bonus amenities that are provided with this listing. The parking spot and beach chairs where amazing. Many memories were made. We will cherish our time in the house forever!

Jody was very accommodating! The beach badges and Free VIP Parking at the beach/boardwalk made our trip so much easier! This is a beautiful house that we truly enjoyed. We miss it already!!

14th Street in Ocean City, NJ

The home is beautiful and very clean. It is large, updated, tastefully decorated and has anything you would need during your stay. The owner was great communicating before, during and after the stay. The property is located across the street from a delicious sticky bun bakery which was an extra treat during our visit.

Great time on a rainy weekend!

The property was clean and well kept and offered a variety of things to do during a rainy weekend, especially for a bunch of kids. The Jilly's basket was an added bonus. Jody was very helpful and accommodating!

Great weekend getaway

Great location and perfect amenities for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids). We greatly appreciated Jody's hospitality with the welcome basket along with VIP parking at 12th St was fantastic. He was quick to respond with any questions we had. We look forward to booking again next year! Wish we had more time to enjoy the beautiful home :)

Fall Ocean City Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay at this clean and convenient home. The home was exactly as pictured. The owner made the stay very easy and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the parking pass for the lot located near the boardwalk; which worked out great for us as my parents have a hard time walking. The gift basket was a nice surprise. We will definitely consider staying at this property again.

OC 2023

This home was beautiful and had such a relaxing vibe to it. The location was perfect! We enjoyed taking walks back by the bay each day. Communication was great with Jody. Overall one of the best OC vacations we’ve ever had!

Beach house getaway

Jody is an amazing attentive owner, he responds quickly to any issues and genuinely cared about us enjoying our stay. The house is a single family home, new construction, everything inside is beautiful, cozy, and functional. Plenty of space for our family and also our dogs. I would highly recommend this property for a getaway to the awesome Ocean City shore.
