Gardens newer Beach-block Condo is vacation perfect! Just 300 steps to the expansive north end beaches, this four bedroom, three full bath Condo has the added plus of an elevator. Modern furniture and windows galore create an airy, sunny environment, perfect for simply relaxing and getting away from it all!

This spacious Condo is immaculately kept in the residential Gardens section of Ocean City. The large front deck is equipped for outdoor dining and leisure time above the peaceful, tree lined street. In addition, there is a rear deck overlooking the fenced-in backyard, where guests can BBQ while the family enjoys the fresh ocean breeze. Indoors, you'll enjoy the modern yet cozy decor, complete with a large, open air custom painted living area. An added bonus is the 65 inch flat screen TV above the brick fireplace and free high speed WiFi Internet.

Each of the four bedrooms has direct access to a full bath, perfect for multi-family or large family use.

In the evening walk about a half of a block to TJs Ice Cream store for hand dipped ice cream or light fare next store at Express Pizza including pizza, salad, cheese steaks, etc.

The elevator makes the vacation perfect for loading groceries and luggage and allows no-step access to all parts of the home.

No Smoking, please. note, external ring doorbell security camera monitors driveway area of the property for motion.

This condo is in a very nice location in the gardens. The house is always clean and well kept. Wayne is very easy to communicate with and is thorough with instructions for the important things to know in the house. Always nice staying at his beautiful condo.

The open plan shared space is very relaxing, we were easily able to visit around the dining room table or work on projects while chatting with folks on the couch. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and the kitchen is easy to work in.The house is an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Overall a very nice stay.

Another great stay.

This was our second time staying at this property. Check in was super easy, the house was so clean and location is perfect. Enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the deck and the short walk to the beach each day. Can't wait to stay again!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Ocean City is a wonderful, family oriented, safe town that always has something going on year round. The Gardens section of Ocean City in the North end, is very different from the rest of the island. It is not congested and it is very residential with lots of tree lined streets and grass yards. There are many permanent year round residents here. The 'Gardens' with its winding streets, reminds me more of Cape Cod than the typical 'grid' in other places in Ocean City.

The property is within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk, yet not in the noisy, congested area of Ocean City. The home is extremely clean, well maintained, newer construction with an elevator, large flat screen TV and lots of bathrooms for all of your guests.
