Gardens newer Beach-block Condo is vacation perfect! Just 300 steps to the expansive north end beaches, this four bedroom, three full bath Condo has the added plus of an elevator. Modern furniture and windows galore create an airy, sunny environment, perfect for simply relaxing and getting away from it all!

This spacious Condo is immaculately kept in the residential Gardens section of Ocean City. The large front deck is equipped for outdoor dining and leisure time above the peaceful, tree lined street. In addition, there is a rear deck overlooking the fenced-in backyard, where guests can BBQ while the family enjoys the fresh ocean breeze. Indoors, you'll enjoy the modern yet cozy decor, complete with a large, open air custom painted living area. An added bonus is the 50 inch flat screen TV above the brick fireplace and free high speed WiFi Internet.

Each of the four bedrooms has direct access to a full bath, perfect for multi-family or large family use.

In the evening walk about a half of a block to TJs Ice Cream store for hand dipped ice cream or light fare next store at Express Pizza including pizza, salad, cheese steaks, etc.

The elevator makes the vacation perfect for loading groceries and luggage and allows no-step access to all parts of the home.

Quiet, Relaxing Weekend

We had a lovely, calm and relaxed weekend. The flat has a gas fireplace which made the room feel cosy even as it was sleeting outside. The kitchen area and open floor plan provided a nice space to just chat and relax with friends.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The house was as advertised and the elevator was a plus! The location was great - just a couple of blocks to both the beach and the boardwalk. We really enjoyed sitting out on the porch. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful section of Ocean City

We have stayed at Wayne's condo several time over the last five or so years. His property is always clean and spacious. The Gardens is a great place to stay, it's away from the busy part of the area by the boardwalk noise.

Enjoyed the home and neighborhood. beautifully kept and well maintained. We absolutely loved the front porch! Responsive host and very easy place with a senior adult. Would happily return on another visit to OCNJ!

Wonderful one week stay

Location was perfection! After biking around and checking the neighborhood out, this street is by far our favorite. Wayne was wonderful from check in to check out, ensuring our stay was everything we expected. Overall, a wonderful stay for our family of 4. Couldn’t have been happier.

Ocean city beach house

Great location. Loved having a garage and the driveway. Large rooms and comfortable. Would have expected the property to provide paper products like paper towels and toilet paper, but they did not. Would have liked to know that upfront so we would have brought with us.

Beautiful, immaculate home

Immaculate, well maintained and fully stocked. A spacious and bright home in an excellent location and charming neighborhood. Wayne is pleasant to work with and is very responsive. This was our second stay and we look forward to returning.

5/5 stars for Wayne and his wonderful home.

Wayne was a delight and made the check in process super easy. Offered a tour on the phone to make sure we understood where everything was and how to work all of the electronics - His place was immaculately clean and you can tell the property is well taken care of. We had a great time and will definitely be reaching out to rent this unit again next year for the OC Block Party!

Mother Daughter Weekend

Beautiful choice for our Mother Daughter Weekend! I went down with a friend the Monday before, and then welcomed my 3 daughters and their 4 daughters on Friday for the weekend. The house was so much more than I hoped! The owner was so easy and thorough to communicate with and the location is quiet and close to north end beach! “The best girls weekend ever”!

Great stay!

My Mom, my 6 year old daughter and I stayed for 2 nights during easter break. Communication with Wayne was so easy, the property was spacious, clean and quiet. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need for cooking, comfortable furniture inside and on the porch, close to the beach and easy check in. Looking forward to staying again!

February weekend in Ocean City

We had a lovely stay at 8 Morningside. Surprisingly warm February weather was perfect for long beach walks. The gas fireplace was cosy for reading, crafts and just hanging out. The flat was well laid out and easy to navigate. The kitchen was nicely organized and everything was labeled so that it was clear where to find everything and where to put it back. The owner was responsive and helpful, answering all our questions during checkin and provided helpful local information. We had a great stay.

Girls Weekend

We had a great time. Love the fireplace we used it on Sunday which was a rainy day. So nice to watch TV with a fire in the fireplace.

This is much more than a rental business, it is rewarding to see people of all ages enjoy their hard earned vacation time. During the off season we also like to provide our places to families, couples and church groups for get away weekends.

I'm sure you will enjoy working with us. Our goal is to be honest and fair with all of our tenants while providing first class, new construction, clean and reasonably priced vacation rentals.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Ocean City is a wonderful, family oriented, safe town that always has something going on year round. The Gardens section of Ocean City in the North end, is very different from the rest of the island. It is not congested and it is very residential with lots of tree lined streets and grass yards. There are many permanent year round residents here. The 'Gardens' with its winding streets, reminds me more of Cape Cod than the typical 'grid' in other places in Ocean City.
