It`s ideal for slow days by the river with laundry and parking on-site for added convenience.

This welcoming waterfront home embraces a simple, relaxed style that lets its natural surroundings take centre stage. Light-filled interiors and an easy indoor-outdoor flow create a comfortable base for unwinding, whether you`re visiting with family or a group of friends.

The living and dining area is designed for gathering, with two couches arranged around the TV and a wood-burning fireplace by the dining table, bringing warmth on cooler evenings. Large windows frame the greenery outside, enhancing the calm atmosphere, while split-system cooling keeps things comfortable in warmer weather. Just alongside, the kitchen is equipped for easy self-catering, with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine.

Step outside to the covered deck, where a generous outdoor dining setting overlooks the garden and water beyond. It’s an inviting spot for group melas, morning coffee, or watching the light shift across the lake. The spacious backyard stretches down towards the river, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The four bedrooms are comfortably arranged, with three queen beds and a fourth bedroom featuring two bunk beds, making it well-suited to families. The main bathroom includes both a bath and shower, while an additional separate toilet is located off the laundry, which also includes a washing machine and dryer for longer stays.

While there is a neighbouring home, the setting feels tranquil and secluded, with on-site parking and access to a private jetty.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
