The holiday house was comfortable and easy to live in and it was really good that our dog could stay and stay indoors. The house is very close to the beach and lots of lovely walks, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We hope to stay again.

House was as described, in a great location right behind the dunes and a short walk to the beach. The house had everything needed to make it a comfortable stay. Jason was great to deal with and made checking in etc really easy.

In a quiet street, Beach Theme inside, well laid out Lounge, Kitchen and Dining in one.The Mattress was perfect so had a good night sleep. Plenty of facilities inside Bathroom. and Living areas. First Problem was the cold water tap. It ran muddy so we couldn't drink the water. Tested later, black pieces came out. We requested for Jason to provide us with a Cask of water for drinking. He was not interested in helping us. He said blame SA Water. Personally I think the Pipe was corroded. We were there a week and ended up having to buy two 5litre casks of waterMy biggest disappointment was the "description" that I had picked the house for, didn't fit the houses situation. 'Best Beach frontage in Goolwa" , 3 minute walk to the beach. was the titleThe beach was at least 200 metres away, and couldn't be seen. There was a gate at the back to go that direction , but the scrub was so tight you would have needed a chain saw to get through, not a 3 minute Hike. Another Street Had a 4 min bicycle track, that was sealed. We had to laugh about the Sign inside pointing to the Beach.We loved the Cockle Train Trip

Fabulous stay

A lovely cottage right by the path through the dunes to the beach. Perfect for a few days away with the dog.

Goolwa beach house

This was a pleasant house with a yard and close to the beach and grocery store. We enjoyed our stay and exploring the area.

Peaceful and relaxing place

Enjoyed our stay, a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay, great location only a short walk to the beach. Dogs loved the yard also.

Relaxing peaceful getaway

A cute little house with all you need. So close to the beach you can sit at night and listen to the waves crash. Communication with Jason the host was quick and helpful with all we needed to know...a peaceful little getaway

Surfing holiday with the dog

Fantastic house, it had all that we needed to enjoy Goolwa Beach, and the backyard was great for the dog. We used it as a base to surf at Goolwa and Middleton, and could work during the day using the excellent wifi. The dog loved walks to the beach though the dunes. Highly recommended for a beach holiday.

Beautiful Sea side retreat

This is a gorgeous little property that has been beautifully maintained. The mattresses on the beds are exceptional! Louise is a wonderful host who hasn't skimped on anything. Everything that you need and more is there to for you to enjoy. A lovely backyard just added to the experience. Will definitely be back.

Simply Perfect

Very neat, clean and tidy. Felt like home away from home. Very cosy and comfy especially in the cold nights, the fire was excellent, hardly used the split system reverse cycle. Great selection of CD's too. Excellent backyard for our dogs to play in and so close to the beach track. Excellent bathroom, laundry and large fridge. Everything you need in the well equiped kitchen and high quality cooking pots and pans. Good supply of cleaning and general amenities and very well laundered bedding, tea towels etc. We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay and highly recommend the Little Beach House.

Great beach house

Backs onto an amazing stretch of beach! Dog friendly enclosed garden/house, had everything we needed for our stay, very comfortable. Perfect location for exploring this wonderful Peninsula and McLaren Vale.

Winter holiday stay

Great place to stay in all seasons. Beautiful fireplace was very welcoming and despite wintery weather, was well protected, cosy and warm. So close to beach; dog absolutely loved it!! Couldn’t fault anything..

Goolwa Beachhouse

The location and house was perfect for our needs. The bathroom was lovely and modern and the heating was great. It was lovely to be able to walk to the beach and the surf club easily.
