Centrally located between Toronto & Niagara Falls. Easily accessible via GO Train from Appleby Station. Spacious 5 Bedrooms, 4 Full Baths. Parking, WiFi, Netflix. No Parties.

Welcome to our beautiful villa, nestled in the heart of North Burlington, between Toronto & Niagara Falls. Downtown Toronto is easily accessible via Go Train From Appleby Station. The Villa spans over 7,000 square feet and is perfect for families with an indoor heated POOL & sauna.

The resort style foyer opens up to 18 feet ceilings, 5 skylights, double staircases, marble floors and a bar area for your entire family to unwind. The large fully equipped eat-in Kitchen includes a walkout to an outdoor patio with BBQ grill with gorgeous sunset views. The kitchen also opens up to a living room and formal dining room with 12 seater dining table. Spacious family room contains a comfortable sofabed and large Smart TV with free Netflix and Chromecast available for use.

The villa is equipped with high speed internet and FREE WIFI. 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, large closets and multiple balconies. There is an abundance of natural light throughout the house. It also offers a game room with a pool table and bar with large windows overlooking the lush green surroundings with Bronte Creek flowing through the property and stunning views of the Niagara Escarpment. Every room on the estate has large windows with amazing views of the changing landscaping as the seasons change.

Harvinder is a fabulous host! She responds quickly, checked on us without being intrusive, offered help and worked with us on any request we had. The location is idyllic, it is quiet and peaceful in a country setting but close to town with its multitude of shops and an hour’s drive to Toronto or Niagara Falls on the toll-free roads. We loved the pond and the neighbor’s fountain.The house itself was amazing! It is exactly as described and the photos do not do it justice. Two dining areas, three living rooms, a patio and two second-floor balconies gave us much room to spread out. The bedrooms were comfortable and had lots of closet space. Best of all is the indoor heated pool and sauna. It was perfect! We had an incredible stay and highly recommend this place and the wonderful hosts. We hope to return!

Beautiful location with great views

My family of 8 were here for our 2nd annual Thanksgiving getaway and loved the amount of space and truly enjoyed the beautiful autumn views. The house is on a large off the road property, but the stores/town were a quick 5-minute drive away. The house is older and could use a few modern upgrades but was overall an amazing weekend.

Great Family Vacation

We had 9 of us on the trip and had plenty of room. Our grandkids had more than enough room to run around and play, inside and out. The pool, sauna, and the billiards table were a lot of fun. The host was great and very attentive when we had a question. I would recommend this home for sure. It's a beautiful location that seems somewhat isolated, but the grocery store, etc. are only 5 minutes away.

Amazing times!

The property is very spacious. The bedrooms are so clean. The pool is warm and deep at one end. You can find everything you need from soap to towels to utensils. Owner is very co-operative and super friendly!! There are a lot of picnic areas. More than one balcony in the property. We had ana amazing time.

A GREAT VACATION!

My family and I had a great, relaxing time here! Our hosts were gracious and awesome! We barely knew they were there. Overall, we had a great experience. If I had one critique, it was that our beds were somewhat uncomfortable. That's why I would give it 4 out of 5 stars. Everything else was great! We would absolutely go back!

Great location with lots of space

My extended family had a great holiday celebration. The property is easy to get to a close to shops. There is plenty of space and seating for everyone for sleeping, eating, and hanging out as a family. The pool was excellent and used by the kids every day. The house was very clean, but is older and well-used. This was actually a pro for us with young kids as we didnt need to feel neevous about putting the first sratch on the floor or smudge on the paint. Host was excellent with regular and prompt communication. We would rent again.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time at this property over thanksgiving weekend with our family. Harvinder was extremely accommodating and allowed us to bring our dog who had just had surgery and couldn’t be boarded. The pool was probably the biggest hit which the kids loved. There is also a horse place next door with a lot of horses and jumping that the kids would enjoy watching. It was extremely spacious for the multiple families we had with good sized bedrooms. The kitchen cupboards could use a thorough clean and some of the carpets but nothing that would stop me from renting again. Thanks so much for the amazing stay!!!

Be aware the host is there to greet you and requires you to take your shoes off at the entryway. She controls the thermostat so it’s 23.5 downstairs and around 34 degrees Celsius upstairs when you’re trying to sleep. It’s very aged and dirty. One bed had ANTS in it. Mom was not happy every Teflon pan had black coating scraping into the food. It’s a shame because the photos were pretty and the host was nice. But if she’s going to operate a VRBO she should let her guests use the facilities in their own comfort- and update it

Great property for large families

We rented this home as we were all out of town guests for our daughter’s wedding in Burlington. We were very happy with the size of the home….so many rooms allowed different members of our large family to enjoy quiet times or large group discussions. Children of all ages enjoyed the indoor pool and billiard table. Although decor is dated, would highly recommend…especially for large families who want the opportunity to spend time together without being cramped.

Fantastic family escape

Two Toronto families with 5 kids ranging from 8-13 - we had a blast. The place is huge, lots of fun for hide and seek or just running around. Pool was great, warm and clean. All bedding and towels were new and plush. Beds felt new and very comfy. You’d never know the owners were on the property. The grounds are extensive but we didn’t really use them due to the weather but nobody cared, they were having such a good time inside. Wifi was good, lots of dining space and places to curl up with a book. Feels like it’s in the country but it’s a 10 min drive to all the usual big box stores. Would rent again for sure.

Space for everyone!

We really enjoyed the large home for a family gathering. The pool table, indoor pool, large TV for movies, and the large dining table for board games were a hit. Space to throw a football and practice with a drone! The home was clean and linens fantastic. My only comment was that a few of the kitchen items could use an upgrade (I.e new frypan, cheese grater). All in all it was a great relaxing week! Thank you!

Needed a break from Covid and property was only 45 minutes from home. I asked my kids 16-22 for their description. Fun, great warm pool, lots of space, beautiful views, peaceful, lots of nature, close to hiking, biking and stores, nice owners. Had a wonderful holiday and owners were a pleasure to deal with

It was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful, and well maintained farm house in Burlington. The property is huge, and its worth every penny to stay. All the rooms of the house are very spacious and well maintained. The owner of the property (Harvinder Brar) is the sweetest lady we ever met. Nice private spot

Had an awesome time with friends. Huge house but a little dated, owner lives in an apartment on the property connected to the house, so it’s not 100% private but they will not bother you at all. Pool could be a little more warm. The sheets, towels were great. House was super clean, we were a group of 10 guys and had fun. Great hosts. Will return for sure again. Thanks Mr and Mrs Berar.

Review

This was a really nice stay. Harvinder was very friendly and made sure we were ok the whole time we were there. The place is very spacious and the main reason why we got it was because it had an indoor pool! Which we were in love with. However, the place is really old school with the lights flickering when too many things were being used. That was one of the issues. It also isn’t mentioned that the owners live in the house but Have their own entrance to the house. So just a heads up for those looking into this place. However we were satisfied and enjoyed our stay here
