I’m sorry to hear that you had concerns about some aspects of the property. Had any of these issues been brought to my attention during your stay, I would have been more than happy to address them and work toward a solution right away. As a host, I always want my guests to be comfortable and have a positive experience, and many concerns can be resolved quite easily when I’m given the opportunity to do so. We take cleanliness and the maintenance of the property seriously, and your comments regarding the deck, lighting, dishwasher, hot tub, and bed have been noted and will be reviewed. I do wish we had been made aware of these concerns while you were staying, as it would have given us the opportunity to inspect them and, where possible, resolve them for you during your visit.
